Bioware, do you have official mirrors for DLC?

I have tried unsuccessfully to download Legacy and Mark of the Assassin.

I have 50 MBPS downloads, and pull less than 1 mb per second from your site, and the two installers are corrupt every time I download them.

I'd really like to enjoy my DLC.

No. No alternate site.
EA's servers throttle by design, so there ya' go.

Edit. Never mind.  I obtained the files through another method.  Bioware you need to fix your stuff.

How did you get it?  I finally got Legacy to install but not Mark of the Assassin.

The lack of response to this issue is unacceptable.

My issue has nothing to do with EA. I keep getting a message saying there is something wrong with the file.

Nothing appears to be happening regarding a fix.

There isn't SUPPOSED to be any official response in here, not at all. Read the description. EA handles official support, not the game players who visit in here (at least, those who do so when message forums are not inactive, during the offseason periods). Right now, hardly anyone comes around. I never had that problem, have not contacted EA for Help in I don't know how long now . .

Given that this is the site that took my money in exchange for Mark of the Assassin and this is the site I am directed to by the game itself and EA, I am thinking Bioware should be doing something about the file they have made available for sale.

I can't even get anyone to respond to my request for my money to be returned.

No one from Bioware comes here.

As others have pointed out "offical" help is provided by EA.

Use the support link at the bottom of the page under "Help".
(I know it's labled "BioWare", but it takes you to EA's customer support page.

It would help others help you if you let others know the details about your system, e.g. what does the message say. See the stickied thread titled "Before anything else, what to do about your Tech Problems" in this forum to get an idea of what information is useful for others to know.

Also, if you need an "alternate" link to the files, you can try these. They download from the same location as the links under "your registered game content", but it may be that your file is corrupt or, maybe, because you get a message that says the files are "unsafe" with deletion as the only option (I found out by chance from seeing your message in a different thread) there's an issue with your anti-virus software. I can't say for sure without more information.
