Operation Broadside Comendation Pack missing

I still have not recieved my commendation pack for this mission, I did it more then once with different friends to help them get it and get it myself. My share online thing is on usually is. So I just want to know what I have to do or go or whatever to find out how to get it? Cuz it's friday and I still dont have it and its gotten to the point where I'm pretty annoyed, so anyone know what I have to do?

I just chatted with some really incredible support person named Govind, who took care of it for me. I mean, I was IMPRESSED with his support and his friendliness - especially in this arena. I am only buying EA games from now on because of him. That means, let's see... well, that doesn't leave many games out, actually.
Maybe they could put Govind to work on Need for Speed Run to make it something less than a terrible embarrassment to the franchise. Once Peter Moore Takes over, everything will be better. He can do what he did at microsoft and nothing will ever break - because he talks about stuff, and the stuff never comes out. I like the guy's personality, and I'm sure that's just what EA needs to overcome this big problem of no longer really understanding the gamer nor being in touch with gaming in gneral - someone from Microsoft - the company that does user experience studies costing millions of dollars, which lead them to add the most annoying and counterproductive, coutnerintuitive "features" imaginiable.
Please help by throwing your support behind Govind to beomce EA CEO.

One more thing - please notice that I am a creative individual, not influenced by society norms. This is evidenced by my profile photo, which is the default face of Shepard. I don't see that around here often. I think outside of the box, and that's total proof.

I too have not gotten my pack as I spent all weekend long trying to win Gold and finally did it 4am that Saturday of the weekend promo. I might contact EA support, although I'm a busy man right now.
