Adell, its after you fight Howe. Somehow (miraculously) 2 mins after you come out of his dungeon and unlock the queen's door, the guards have not figured it all out but assembled perfectly together to confront you. You probably chose to fight them instead, but if you go peacefully you get another area of the game to do.

Sten and dog together is my favorite - has anyone been rescued by Alistair? He's always in party, and thus in the cage with me.

i should have let my party rescue me, I didn't realize there would be hilarious dialogue. My first game I killed Cauthrian, other 2 games I rescued myself.



Strangely as a naked rogue, my backstab damage with my fists was more than my daggers. bug maybe? Or maybe I should play the whole game using my fists.

Probably because the daggers are using strength instead of dex to calculate damage... but you could always go bare fisted and pretend you are a monk =)

In my first run I had Alister rescuing me... this time he was jailed and I had all NPC's coming for a fun time at jailbreak videos! And still we escaped. So his "I hope you're raaaaite" line was a bit of a pain... not to mention that I decided not to include that part in the movies beause with a full nudity mod it would be rather... unconfortable to be the one with the char locked in a cell with him... heh

Zev and Oghren are funny. The amazing...err something brothers circus act, lol. Sadly can't remember what the name they use but they are both dressed in noble outfits.

I love how Anora say we must rescue her. And the Arl corrects her and says THEM. And she's like oh Alistair too. haha.

I had Wynne and Leliana rescue me. Those two play off each other hilariously well xD Leliana and her prayed together for the souls of the guards who would be subjected to very descriptive and bloody torments xD Then Wynne told the female captain (?) at the door that guarding a door is beneath her and the woman actually bought it xD Good times.

I used Leliana and Wynne too, mostly because they were in my party throughout most of the game.

I had Leliana make the sergeant at the door sick to her stomach after Leliana gets into her head about how she's responsible for the people under her command, and the commoners, and Denerim, then she feels sick to her stomach and walks off.

Ohgren trying to bluff the seargent is unsuccessful yet hilarious. Sten and Dog is both funny and effective and yes his last line at the jail cell is pure gold. The Zevran Ohgren Broma Brothers combo is funny as well.



This entire bluff thing is great I just wish it went on longer for more comedy. There are only 3 bluffs total plus the bonus bluff on the chantry woman. I really wanted more after the seargent but sadly after that the ruse is over.

Just the two delivering warm scarves for the guards

I actually beat whats her name in the encounter priopt to be taken prisoner but figured more loot/xp this way so reloaded and got captured!

Still get to kill her later on anyways

can't use shale (can't use him/her to rescue the queen either). Maybe they didn't program that in (fully integrated yeah right) although in this case there is a decent reason not to use shale. Even these dumb guards would be suspicious of a golem trying to get into the prison LOL

I've always saved myself, I'm tempted to try Morrigan and Sten (their in party banter has peaked my interest, but as much as I love my companions I wouldn't trust them to find water in Lake Calenhad without me.

Nothing wrong with full nudity mod. I like to persuade the guard to join me in cell and take the clothes off and then sic Alistair on him. That scene always makes me chuckle.

Shale's one of my favorites. Sure, she pretends to be all tough with her bird talk and squishing heads, but she's still a girl who wants to be pretty at heart

And her shoes talk with Leliana was great too. Poor Shale, you can't help it that you have wide ankles!

Morrigan and Wynne came to my rescue pretending to be Chantry sisters. Thinking of Morrigan as a Chantry sister is funny in itself. They were great at guilt tripping the guards into letting them in.

The Captured! quest is just pure gold, no matter who you use.

The first time I was in Fort Drakon, I didn't realize that whoever I mentioned to Alistair would end up rescuing me. LOL...I chose Dog and Sten, I think. Funny.

One of the following times, Alistair and I broke out on our own, donned the guard uniforms in the armory, and ended up having to pass inspection. THAT was hilarious, simply for the absurdity of trying to pass inspection so we could escape. Idiot guards...

OH MY GOD I thought this was the best line in the game.  I laughed for like 20 minutes.

I always broke out of Drakon with myself and Al.  I didn't even consider sending others in, but then I watched the videos of the pairings on YouTube and I was sad I did it myself.

Me too! I guess when my next playthrough gets there, I'll be saving and reloading a lot.
