Y'know I'm on my second vacation for this year, my first was during the release of the MP demo, I got to N7 120 in less than a week. Here I am months later still playing this game, I'm genuinely impressed. I thought for sure before the game came out the multiplayer was going to suck, kind of glad I was wrong.

Anyway to add to the thread: I remember when. . .
Asari adepts were considered OP and game breaking.
Concussive shot spam was the go to build for human soldiers.
People considered a salarian infiltrator's proximity mine worthless and avoided adding points to it.

I miss the days when nobody could beat Reapers on Gold.
I miss the days when everybody wanted a Javelin.

Running around on bronze as drell adept, doing pull + reave thinking I was the absolute bomb at this game.

Demo time --- Spend credits for veteran packs and you feel very happy getting a rare card. Killing everything with stasis bubbles. Oh those nice days

When Vanguards didn't have as much biotic charge issues
When the Widow was the gun everybody wanted
When people didn't judge you for your avenger
When seeing the raptor you kinda went yay
When using the Graal people felt the intimidation by holding that trigger down
When the GPS did the same thing
When the GPR was thought to suck and you laughed
When you got your first UR you just YIPPIED so hard you felt your vocal cords break and went WTF is this it's amazing BLACK CARD!
When the Salerian Infiltrator was the kingpin
When the Quarian had the best hack eva!

I miss...

When (ME1) singularity made you feel like a biotic GOD!
When you could lift and throw Amatures.
When you could get kill streaks from biotic explosions.
When I unlocked the Justicar, and you literally could not die to gun fire in your bubble+Reave (on bronze).

Kudos to the OP. This is a great topic, I'd give it ten stars if I could. It's only been a few short months, but it seems like a lot longer doesn't it? We've gotten ourselves quite a community here in that short time and it's always nice to look back to the beginnings.

Gettin' all nostalgic is always fun. Hopefully this ride will be just a little bit longer.

Back on topic, I miss when I used to say (in the demo), "Uh oh guys. One guy left the game, we're totally screwed!"

When they released Resurgence Packs in the store to go with the DLC. I finally got the Quarian Males two days ago and the Harrier a few days before. Now I've been slaving away with PSPs and SPs and I've only managed to get the N7 Shadow like 3 hours ago. Nearly 1.4 million credits and exactly 1 new character, 1 new weapon and 1 new gear. I hate this game.

When I constantly kept missing with the Mantis.

The weekend I was so dry on medigel and cobras.

When I bought the game at release date and didn't think a single moment about trying out MP.

I miss the time when I was the first of my friends to unlock the Krogan in the demo and everybody was jealous

 I miss the time when I could tango with a Banshee on gold with my Human Adept..lead her off to a special place alone and detonate her like Morinth. (I'm playing a gold match right now..I have been offed by the Banshees in this game at least three times   )
