@Tatsumaki Yup!
@mayrabgood Pictures look good! I like the Vegas one, so many lights and that bridge reminds me of Brooklyn Bridge... I might post that pic one of these days.
The super hero pose... I think the problem is that from that angle you should have been facing the camera, it may have worked better. Like this one I took in Ireland.
It had been raining earlier, so I had my raincoat on, and since I was wearing my SuperUser t-shirt, I just couldn't help to take that picture

This is all kinda sweet, getting to know each other, sharing.... all that crap. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.
So I guess I'll go ahead and expose myself to internet ridicule!
(I'm the one on the left)
No riticule and plus you have an awesome accent
I know i'm on late when my friends from other countries start hopping on lol
Aw thanks Upinya! You're probably the best player I've played with altogether, Godzilla's always raving about yr skills haha
It's annoying, I wish you guys were on earlier (for me)... usually when I'm on it's all the non-chatty players and I'm a sociable girl!
That sucksI got lucky yesterday with some cool randoms actually that had mics but sometimes the picking are slim. And Its funny how zilla talks me up, i'm not that good of a player lol. And your a good player and fun to talk too
Yeah it's really hard to do a gold with randoms, I usually stick to silver unless you, Zilla or Ray are on. I think you just impressed Godzilla with all your forum knowledge - he's been my go-to guy for technical questions, but he did say he was getting most of it from you!
I'll be on this weekend if you wanna play? (And I fixed my mike this time!.... it was on extreme privacy settings... DUH)

@vdavion - nice pose! Very heroic.Btw sorry I missed you guys last night, hopefully catch you soon!
@mayrabgood - you're making me want to go to Vegas!! Stop it! I have no money and can't go on holiday!
@LadyNemsis - is that your horse?! Beautiful! (And you too of course!)
@KiraTsukasa - that pic is kinda sad. Was your grandad a war hero or something?

It's actually a SuperUser t-shirt, not Superman.
In Linux the symbol for the root user (the one with all the power) is #. It's also called superuser, and so someone at thinkgeek had this great idea

About average. I'm allowed to canter and jump. The horse in the picture is kind of fast and likes to buck occasionally but her owner thinks I'm great with her.

It'll take a while for me to catch up... Maybe I'll post new pics too. In the meantime, welcome to everybody I missed, looking forward to see your crazy faces!
You know, this is something I admire of you Americans. Your patriotism. I really do. Things like celebrating the return home of those of you deployed overseas, people standing up and applauding you when you exit from the airport terminal. Your understanding and your gratitude. Signs that let you know people know and care about what you do for them.SimplyNeo wrote...
Nice! And Thank You for your service!!
We don't have that, here. There is the common conception that we do it just to have a steady job and to avoid studying, or that we aren't able to do anything else. That it's the easy way.
Truth is, I had to literally run away from home to enlist, as did most of those in my unit. University students like me, that just felt it was time to return some of the favors our Country has always done us, like the chance to be born and grow up somewhere without war and hunger, without the need to fight for survival every moment, in a Country not run by some bloody dictator. That's what Italy and most Countries stand for, yet only here you get insulted by civillians for trying to prevent the Flag from touching the ground, or even for paying your respects to It. I'm not saying we do it for gratitude or respect outside that of our families, but at least that they understand our need to serve.

Speaking of military stuff, here's one of my mom being presented a flag for my grandfather during a Memorial Day service this year.
I wasn't expecting them to do this so I was in a bad position, hence the headstone in the way.
That headstone isn't for your grandfather right? Your mom looks really young for having been born before 1913.
No, it's not. My grandfather lived in California (we live in Ohio) so he would have been buried there, if he had been buried. He was cremated and had his ashes scattered at sea since he was a Navy mechanic. Also, my last name isn't Orr, nor was it my mother's maiden name. My mom is only 55 as well. Only reason that headstone is there is because right in front of it is the oldest known veteran which we use as an example when we honor all the veterans buried there (and there are quite a lot of them).

I haven't seen such a beautiful chili for a really long, long time.
Every time you want to eat some chili you climb the highest mountain around?

Ok here are the most recent pictures I have. I don't know why, but I feel kinda nervous like as if this was my first time posting up pics and I'm going to be made fun of or something...
So this is me in Las Vegas last week.
This was last month on my birthday. I was trying to pose like a super hero while holding my coffee but it was ruined by the angle in which the picture was taken
And another obligatory animal pic. This is my brothers Doberman licking me. He's actually taller than me when he stands up straight and I'm not wearing high heels.
They look kinda ugly because I made them smaller than their actual size.
ahh
now you finally reveal yourself. I like the pics. Looks good. But you need a shirt that says:
