Cool new pictures everyone! Especially Heather of course :D

Here's my newest pic taken yesterday at a work event.

Me in the Jurassic Park jeep from the movie. Of course, I had to look like a dork once again :P

Mayra, I assume you've read the two Jurassic Park boooks now?

Of course! But I read them a very long time ago so I would like to re-read them again. Michael Crichton is one of my favorite authors so I have read all his books except for the very last one he wrote.

By last one, do you mean Pirate Latitudes or Micro? He only outlined the story, and wrote about 1/3 of Micro. Richard Preston (of The Hot Zone fame) finished it. I haven't done Micro either, but I did read Pirate Latitudes, and rather liked it. I've read all of Crichton's fiction novels, and loved a lot of them. He was one of my favorites, too. Sphere is probably my favorite of his novels. The movie dissapointed me with the slightly altered ending.

Pirate Latitudes. I have it but I haven't gotten around to it. Oh I didn't know he only wrote part of Micro. My other favorite one is Congo. I also like the movie. But I haven't seen the Sphere movie. Sometimes I rather not see the movies based on books since they leave me disappointed.

@ Paleo - Oh I know! The books are so different from the movies. Some similarities but not much. I love the movie. But I like the book story better.

Me and my two galfrans at Universal Studios Horror Nights, Orlando FL. :) The awesome thing was that for one ride, the guy guarding the express line saw my shirt and he's like "Welcome Commander." At first I thought he was acting out his role and the "rider" of the roller coaster was some sort of Commander of Dragons[the ride is called dueling dragons] but then it hit me, he's talking about my shirt! Long story short, he let us skip from the regular line to the express line since he's also a mass effect player.

V.I.P. access!!!

Since we are apparently sharing photos of how we wish we look, here is mine:

I keep this beauty in my bedroom, where it either protects me or mocks me whilst I slumber.

Haha! That is cool!  :D

I think the only "epic" item I have is the Sting sword from Lord of the Rings...
... it promises to glow when it's near orcs...

:crying:

EDIT: I have come to the realization that I am too damn old ... I think I was in college when Jurassic Park came out... Where is my cane??

Oh I wish I could be there again. I was there last year. But that's so cool that by having that shirt you got to get in front of the line. I've never gotten special treament for wearing my N7 shirt. Just a funny conversation at the pet store with an employee haha.

Speaking of epic gear, this is the epic gear that I want:

*sigh*

But the closest I come to owning anything like that is my ME3 Collector's Edition and my N7 hoodie.

EDIT: Oh, and I guess my ghost rare Ancient Fairy Dragon card counts? Maybe?

So, earlier today, when I went in for class at my university, I took a picture of this police/taxi hybrid. I had seen this exact same vehicle last semester, but I was sad that I didn't take a picture. But, now, here it is!

Having a car like that automatically makes you cool, Nate.

Maybe...

But if you are a hobo with a really nice car and no money for gas in the car because you spent all of your money on a car it doesn't make you cool.

=]

And consider the fact that a broke drummer with the nice car WILL get the chicks anyway so its all good

Heheheh...
