Is that an actual thing where you drive the jeep around? Or is it on rails or somesuch?

We still need to have an actual game at some point too. Anytime I see you on, you're playing other stuff.

Of course! But I read them a very long time ago so I would like to re-read them again. Michael Crichton is one of my favorite authors so I have read all his books except for the very last one he wrote.

By last one, do you mean Pirate Latitudes or Micro? He only outlined the story, and wrote about 1/3 of Micro. Richard Preston (of The Hot Zone fame) finished it. I haven't done Micro either, but I did read Pirate Latitudes, and rather liked it. I've read all of Crichton's fiction novels, and loved a lot of them. He was one of my favorites, too. Sphere is probably my favorite of his novels. The movie dissapointed me with the slightly altered ending.

Pirate Latitudes. I have it but I haven't gotten around to it. Oh I didn't know he only wrote part of Micro. My other favorite one is Congo. I also like the movie. But I haven't seen the Sphere movie. Sometimes I rather not see the movies based on books since they leave me disappointed. 


@ Paleo - Oh I know! The books are so different from the movies. Some similarities but not much. I love the movie. But I like the book story better.

Congo is awesome.  I love it, too.  I think it's my wife's favorite book of his.  Of course it might help that I'll be heading there soon, myself to pick up my son.

And it pissed me off because now I'm not sure if she got my original intention or if she thought I was being a complete ass.
