First let me tell you what you guys do here is make this thread best I've seen on BSN so far. As I don't have any pictures of me I can't join your merry band. Keep it going guys, I will just watch. With that much beatifull people in here it feels like a Modelling Agency Catalogue more than  a gaming forum thread.

Secondly how did that guy managed to get Mass Effect banner? At least his N7 challange is far from complete... didn't check all others.

In most challenges you don't have to complete all of the sub-challenges, only some of them. For example, for the "Squad Elite" challenge, which contains the N7 weekends, there are 10 subchallenges, but for the banner, you have to complete only 8. And if you check out, the 2 which he doesn't completed are the 2 N7 weekend ones you mentioned.
I have the Biotic God banner, and I ditched the Smash/Nova challenges when I completed it.
