Nice rig. what guitar is that?

Hamer Vector flying V, i've had it for like 6 years now.
I also got an Ibanez acoustic and a fender squire that I never use.

Pretty sick drum setup you got, I wish I had room for a drumset...

I say there's not enough Aussies in here...

They can join forces with Canada. We can make an Un-American group, or something...

On a related note, I feel like I've personally had a Canadian invasion in my games ever since Dec. 6th. Finally had the chance to play with a Canadian buddy of mine from the forums, and ever since then almost every PUG I've entered (or mutual friend's lobby I've entered where all the others were strangers to me) has had a Canadian in it. No joke.

And it's been awesome. You guys seem overly polite, which is a nice change of pace. You also have very adorable accents. I can't stop grinning madly whenever one of you is talking. Just sayin'. Image IPB

That's pretty cool. It's been the opposite for me. When I do PUGs, I ALWAYS get people from the UK and Australia. And it's been very fun talking to them. I just can't help but wonder why. Our timezones are COMPLETELY different, and yet I always have at least one or two people from either country. Americans are equally common but that's to be expected. I rarely get any fellow Canucks.

We don't have accents. Well, some do. I sound like an American unfortunately. But we are pretty polite. Just don't egg us on about aboot or eh. Odds are people will troll you to make you believe that stereotype is true. Eh.

Isn't Canada the 55th state of America?

Isn't Alaska the 11th Province of Canada?
You wish we were a state of yours. We're geographically bigger than America all together. Look it up!

Hot damn, if I knew you looked like that I would have skipped the subtle stuff like offering you sexual favors for Indra upgrades.

I mean that in a totally platonic way. B)

There are better ones? More...moar!

I have a squire strat, called Benny, myself... ^_^ And the amplitube app on my ipad to go with it...

Yeah, space and sound insulation is always a major problem for us. Currently all three of my sets are packed up and in storage. haven't played for almost a year... :crying:

In addition to the premier xpk I also have a yamaha stage custom in this finish (I have no idea where my own pics of these sets are):

and an arbiter flats lite like this:

If I weren't such a coward, I would probably have gone pro.

Are you satisfied with your line 6 gear? I had the hots for one of their amplifiers a few years ago but ended up not buying it in the end. Can't remember why...

Hipster! Image IPB

I guess. The novels were great and well-known enough without the Commercialisation Effect. That is not to say the show is bad, in fact, it is very good just with its advent the books lost something.

Back in the day the very popular Spencer detective novels had a TV show spun off.  Someone asked the author what the show had done to the books.  He gestured at a bookshelf with the books on it and said something along the lines of "Nothing, they're all still the same."

He was right.  People still read the books, hardly anyone sees the show and the books are the same.

+1

I love tLotR. I even was part of Middle Earch IRC channel back when I was in college. We had so much fun. Loved the books and loved the movies.

PS.- and even if it differs from the books, this is one of my favorite scenes in the movies:

Poor Glorfindel.

Ladies, Please contain your orgasm

I just wanted to let you honies know that I play Mass effect 3 while bulging my biceps, rubbing oil on my well toned calves (I know that gets you hot and bothered), and singing the backstreet boys, all the while keeping the note of objective timers and squadmates (I play slayer vanguard)

But that's allright, you don't have to white knight for me. I know that I'll probably get bashed by a bunch of lowly female nergins with neckbeards who probably weight 100 pounds on all you normal girls and have dress sizes bigger than the number of Atlas' I kill per game (10)

You don't have to say anything because I know I'm beautiful.
And no, I'm not an attetion (walker of the night). I don't crave your attention because I already got enough of it baby.

But enough about me talking about myself. Please excuse me while I go sizzle some delicious meat on my grill (haha make me steak, I get it, jokes old ladies for you fine women

That's going to be a bit hard if you keep that up. :P

I'm very beard-picky. I like goatees, mostly. So, some generally cropped looks can be nice. I just haven't seen a whole lotta faces that look better when sporting the full grizzly bear/lumberjack/Alaska crab fisherman look. Image IPB Definitely depends on face shape and general look, agreed.

I am bored and have man flu (despite being female) so I'll join in with the madness...  My ME3MP buddy is currently ill in bed with man flu (he is a man, mine in fact lol) and I am bereft and trawling the forums.  Incidentally, also a musician, trumpet, guitar and vocals ^_^  And I am a scientist, I have a PhD in chemistry (took a while though, I got into Oblivion and the first Mass Effect while I was writing up) But I can't work out how to put an image link in...  Bugger. ;)

EDIT: just remembered that I wanted to say *how* people didn't recognise a Gibson SG belonging to the eponymous Dragon Racer!??!
