We don't have a lot of those at least, which made me more paranoid about em haha. But the public transportation in the UK works. Save for those times a certain line is closed because someone fell on the rails.

The Tube is awesome! Here in Barcelona we have a very nice metro too, but the Tube is way better. More frequency, more connections, more alternatives to go from one place to another...

True enough. I don't even live in London, although I will be moving there sometime this year.

Although I hate it in the winter months. You have to wear winter clothes on the streets, but when you get in the Tube it is boiling.

Well, it's been a while AND my old computer that died that had a bunch of old pictures on it just had the photos recovered, so it's picture dump time.

For those wondering about the story behind my PSN name of DragonRacer13, wonder no more...

Note the dragon shirt (as an example of my dragon obsession) while enjoying my mug of beer and game of pool in 2007...


Here is me in my racing suit sans shoes back when I a did a few powder puff dirt track races back in 2008...


And there's the box stock I did them in, lucky # 13...


And now, for fun, being goofy at the St. Augustine Alligator Farm in 2009...


Doing the "sexy" beer chug pose with my two girl friends at my post-college graduation party in 2007...


And one of my favorite shots of me, courtesy of my mother. This was at a cousin's house for Easter in 2009. We were outside playing corn toss and my Mom wanted me to try and do that sexy hair flip pose. It actually sort of worked (not that I generally consider myself that sexy, but the funny hair flip motion was caught well by the camera, LOL)...

I learned that only a few weeks into the online PS3 world, back when I was playing Motorstorm, my first online game. Had a Canadian fellow ask if I raced boats... I had no idea about Dragon Boat Racing before that. LOL Was quite a coincidence.

I live just outside of London, so it's always fun to have a night out or stay there in the evening when The Houses or Parliament and Westminister are all lit up.

Haha, probably. This particular one was my home base in college... literally right across the street from it. Little hole-in-the wall with pool tables, hookas, and beer pong nights. Rack 'Em Up in Jacksonville, Florida.

Makes me wonder if it's still there. Might have to grab the hubby and go check some weekend.

As for my Origin Name, well, the Dragonriders of Pern series has been my life since high school. It's what kept me alive through the worst days, and hopeful on the best. Putting myself light-years away, on dragonback, fighting Thread.

Also, I recently found out that the main star in the Pern novels, Rukbat, is real. (Rukbat, Al-Rami, Alpha Sagitarii).

Yeah, I am an epic nerd. Bite me.

Obligatory: I don't discriminate against teammates unless you no crap can't play. Also, I WAS Army (Note. I NEVER saw combat. I had some major BS go on and they sent me home like 3 weeks from graduating AIT. I read, and that's where I got my knowledge of squad tactics (outside of the crap they taught us in BCT). Side note, Inside Delta Force is a kick-ass book.)

Also, I own a few firearms, so I know my way around with a bit of safety (Side note, try playing an MP match without accidentally muzzling your teammates. It's hard as hell.)
