Probably not. Just wanted to share it and try and veer off this horrible topic that this tread has turned into.
True that. I tend to just stick on the feed and polls though. They're not as full as the self righteous like the threads seem to be. I'm with Lathrim. I'll poof off this thread for a while.
Should go workout before I head off to work. Kill some time.
Catch you guys later.

Okay, this made me want to post a slightly funny Disney World story. Specifically, a Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Florida story.
So, I've been to the Magic Kingdom several times in my life... many times as a child with my parents and again for Senior Night when I was graduating high school. Every single time I've gone, everyone tells me, "Oh, you have to go see the Country Bear Jamboree show, it's so great!" And every single time, the show is either closed down for repairs or it's malfunctioning, whatever.
My husband and I are big kids at heart, so on our first wedding anniversary, we take a day trip down to Magic Kingdom (perk of being a Floridian... all the theme parks are literally a day trip away). And I tell my husband, "All my life, I have tried to go see the Country Bear Jamboree, but it's been closed or not working every time. Surely it's open this time, right?"

Nope.
As you can see, the Country Bear Jamboree was, again, NOT open. I had to have photographic evidence of the Universe deciding I shall never see this show. It's been trolling me ever since I was, what? 3-years-old? 4-years-old, maybe? This has to set some kind of record for the longest trolling of a person, right?
I officially give up. It ain't happenin' in my lifetime.

I hate to break it to you, but it only takes a short while to tune instruments.
I hear the wash-tub bass playing bear was hospitalized for overuse of oxy-contin.
It's sad... really....

Also, meant to say a while back, nice bass. I casually play bass myself, but only casually... not really great or anything.

Oh that sucks! I remember seeing the Country Bear Jamboree only once at Disneyland when I was younger but it is gone for good now
@Anubis - I love Figment! I couldn't stop giggling throughout the whole ride at Epcot. I actually have the Figment One Little Spark song stuck in my head right now

Meaning I don't constantly take photos of myself.
And you're right about the second part. Why the hell would I go outside? Summer is too hot to go outside, winter too cold. Autumn/Spring I have games to play.

Summer can be spent at the beach, Winter can be spent doing fun physical stuff, because you won't melt into a puddle of goo before 9am.
Oh wait, we're gamers, so the sunlight burns our skin... Well, your skin anyway, I like the outdoors...

Summer can be spentat the beachgetting skin cancer so that you die at age 30, Winter can be spent doing fun physical stuff, because you won't melt into a puddle of goo before 9am.

I just do it inside where I'm not going to get cancer.

Sunscreen isn't fool-proof. You can't put sunscreen absolutely everywhere. Sunscreen costs money. Sunscreen is annoying to put on/wear/take off.
Staying inside > putting on sunscreen and going outside.
Plus if you stay inside you don't get hit with 500 billion degree weather.
That's 500 billion degrees celsius, not farenheit BTW. Just to be clear that we're using AD measurements as opposed to the ones we used BC.

Pretty much everyone uses celsius these days. And the metric system.
Amurrricurrr stays stuck in the stone ages with their primitive measurements though.
No wonder it took them this long to start to introduce sensible gun legislation.

Or you could be like me and get deliciously tanned whenever you spend any time outside
But yeah, I'm with you girlfriend. **** the outdoors. I keep my blinds shut. **** THE SUN.

Too bad sunscreen doesn't work. Sunscreen protects (for the most part) from UVB, while the UVA rays are the ones that are going to give you cancer. And before anyone says I'm a liar I have plenty of experience with sunscreen. I played water polo for 4 years in high school so I used my fair share of sunscreen.
Also here's an article.
