Well, to be fair, I was on my break from my booth and as I walking around I spotted her (the easy part).  What was interesting was that she was in the Star Wars area (part of the The Old Republic) booth.

Well, I can say that the posts in my guide to the EA support (in my signature) are very polite.

It's also very humbling saying, "Here's my face." You know you're putting yourself out there at the risk of getting some hurtful comments. Not as easy for some folks to fall into the anonymous internet role of bully once they're exposed in such a way.

this is BSN, the thread isnt dead until a mod comes in and locks it, and even then someone wil create a thread whining about why the locked thread shouldnt have been locked
