What were you expecting?
Also, who's got a mullet? Surely not I.

Wanna check my story, here you are. This picture is from http://aviationheritagepark.com. Feel free to go to the site. I've clearly mentioned previously that I'm from Bowling Green, KY (as Johnnie Walker is a huge Vette fan, and they are made here). The fifth man from the right is Larry Bailey, my friend and co-worker. He manages the production company that my law firm owns, along with his work in local tourism and the Aviation Park. Google him. You won't find any issues proving my claims. I do however have issues with yours. Such as your company's supposed ownership of Star Trek Online.

Yes. It is on my top places to visit. Would absolutely adore to go to the National Corvette Museum. I'd die to go on a tour behind the scenes of the making of a Corvette.
That 6.2 Liter supercharged V8 engine.. It is capable from going 0 to 60 in just 3.4 seconds. It also delivers 638 horsepower at 6500 rpm...
I know that the 2014 model is being released this year. Bringing back the Stingray.
Okay I'll stop now..

I can probably get you in free. To the plant and the Museum. With Annie being part of the tourist industry in town, we get free tickets all the time. More than we can give away, a lot of times.

That's why I said kinda/sorta long. Long is me two years ago.
Take that, add another 6 or so inches in length. That's roughly how long I kept my hair for a few years.

Did you have any issues restoring the instruments and controls? That's been part of my friend's issues with the older jets. The F111, they were lucky with (since the jets are just out for display). The cockpit looks completely intact. When they decomissioned it, they took a hammer to the back of the instrument panel instead of removing everything.
so in that case the Tomcat thanks me for saving its life. when i arrived here, it was not trashed or wrecked.
they turned over the keys to me so i could fly on my own. after 4 hours of night flight i ran into the bad storm (as mentioned above) i had to call in the nearby carrier. for this part, they never seen someone land it so flawless. i spent whole night tweaking the controls and improved it by 120% margin, i also took look at instruments, noticed it was working okay.
decided to speak to the chief mechanic to see if they got some updated instruments that i could switch out for flying.
i also spent next 5 hours into the dawn morning finishing the improvements and updates made to F-14A.
i did't need to stay here too long on a carrier they got job to do. so i decided that morning i would leave.
i had no problems with updated instruments and improved controls since then.
they were pretty suprised i had experience with F-14As that's because i used to work on 4 of them when they were used for air shows back then before they were phased out of air shows. so i even don't remember when it ended. but still would like to bring it back someday.
So the Navy sold you a completely intact F-14 that had been decommisioned? You know what. Let's see a picture of you with this jet. Toss in one of you with your Viper too, while you are at it.
Also, I'd really LOVE to hear the story of how a 23 yr. old got that jet unharmed from the Navy. If my friend and his colegues couldn't get decommised aircraft that were flyable, I sure as hell don't see how you can either.

Your hair in that picture makes you look like Hurley from Lost if he were to lose about 400 kilos.

That is just so cool. I was real lucky with my SR-71 myself. I had a few guys I know from, the KGB smuggle it out of a secret air force base in Alaska. It came with a Blaupunkt. But to be honest, being european I prefer the Eurofighter. I have the second one due to be shipped in May. I don't like the colour of the old one so that's going on ebay.superblaze1 wrote...

that's cool. now, here are couple of photos i have. they're from my traveling days long time ago.. yeah i own old military aircrafts that's noncommissioned.
this is my F-14A.
getting ready to fly in middle of night.
here was bad storm that night i had to contact a navy carrier that were in the area and had asked to land and wait for calmer wheather. i knew they had experience with F-14A so it was strange for them to see it on their deck again, it kinda brought back their memories with the Tomcat. by the morning it was nice sight so i took this photo.
