That's the tv I save the galaxy on. Turned on the lights so it's easier to see the size, but it looks amazing in when lights are lower.
I'm guessing you aren't concerned about the burn-in factor on it. Still, I like backlit displays, myself. Never was a big fan of front projection, mostly from issues with dealing with them on the job, I think.
And Snipey McGee. That name is awesome.
Never had any issues with burn-in or front projection in the six years I've been using a projector. Had to have the projector replaced due to a color wheel issue, but it was covered with warranty.
And yes, Snipey McGee there only goes armed with his Javelin X. He refuses to use shotguns and ARs.
