thats odd, every woman I`ve ever meet has prefered to have her steak well done.

bleurgh, i dont thikn i can manage more than 5 reps of front squats on any weight, can never get the clean grip done so have to do a cross arm approach.

Clean Grip?

Done cross arm with front squats since always, my rotor cuffs in my left shoulder aren't up for the contortion requirements for the clean grip.

Good tip if you feel your arms are giving out before your legs with front squats is to breathe in then out once at the top of the movement, making sure to fully inflate your chest and fully lock your lats almost like you're deadlifting. The angle of your torso (providing you have enough beef on your deltoids) will rest the bar quite comfortably there with minimal strain on your arms.

Ah ok, maybe i'll give it a try next time. Just got back to training a few weeks ago so i need to get my back squat back up before i even try front squat torture.

Under Napoleon, cooking a steak well done was punishable by death in the Empire. You're losing all the flavor.  It's like putting some ice in your glass of your wine ...

For me, medium rare is overcooked. Hell, sometimes I just eat it raw.
