Beautiful city. Stayed two weeks in spain, one week in Madrid and the next in Barcelona. I want to live in Barcelona more. Watched two games in Camp Nou and was glad to see Puyol in action.

It's an awesome city. Much better than Madrid ;D. It's pretty cool living here, the only thing I don't like about it is the heat in the summer.

I agree. I really don't mind the heat, I live in Manila where there's only two seasons: sunny and rainy.

Oh God...even airsoft has briefings?!?!?!?!?

The absolute WORST part of the military--well, you know, aside from getting killed and such.  Then again, death might have been preferable to some of the briefings I've had to sit through.

I should post a Doctrine Man video of the military decision making process...

You've got to know what you're doing and what to avoid. I've seen leftover dynamite and detonators sitting at the side of the tunnel but the biggest danger in the places I go is probably false floors - they can look like any other floor but be supported by now completely rotten timber, over large voids. Almost all incidents that I've heard about in old mines around here have been from random tourists wandering in, although I've also heard about some close escapes (the society I'm a member of has an annual award for "doing something bloody stupid underground". It's never been awarded posthumously!)

An old pic of me on my last day in Japan for vacation. Hit the bars pretty hard while I was there so I got to know some of the bartenders.

I'm the dude in the middle. Hey, some people might think I was one of the other two! There was a white bartender (co-owner actually) at that very bar!

You couldn't find me because I was just busting my ass moving a million boxes around on the porch of my old house. My body is also still sore so I spent most of my box-moving time sitting down. On the bright side, I found some of my favorite articles of clothing that I'd thought I'd lost...it had just been in storage. Including an incredibly obnoxious neon pink polo shirt. 

Now I'm walking around listlessly and collapsing periodically into couches and chairs while making soft grumbling noises. So basically I'm a Husk. But I think I'll drag myself upstairs and make some tea now.
