Can someone give me a background on how this glitch came to be? I took a break from multiplayer. Is this being commonly done on every game? How are they doing it? (Better question would be WHY are they doing it?) Friggin' cheaters.
Im not going to tell you how to do it because you shouldnt, but avoid games with strykers... As for how it came to be publicly known someone posted a video guide on how to do it.

I bet Billy Madison would use the missile glitch; just look how he plays dodge ball. Thumbs up on the thread/video.

No need to call out the non-glitcher in the lobby. You don't know the circumstances. He could simply be staying put, as BW has stated is fine, until that match is over.
So, staying put until it's over, getting all the benefits from it, then leaving to join another lobby with another glitcher and staying there as well is ok?
It is if you have equiptment on, as you should for platinum and you dont want to lose it. Your saying hes guilty for happening to be in a game with glitchers shame on you.
Hey Mac, a valid point I would like to make. Politely if I may...
1) The guy "not glitching" was the host, which meant that he had to have started the lobby, which meant he knew that two Krogan's with Striker's were in his lobby with him. Hmm...
I agree that being guilty by association isn't fair in this case... but he was the host.

I see the light Aoi, and thanks for the invite! I really don't want to start my manifest over from scratch though!

Sure you can police your lobbies and indiscriminately kick people rocking a Striker X. However sometimes I might hop up for a drink or a bathroom break inbetween round and not really even notice that a new player, or two, has joined and what their loadout might be.
The bottom line is that this needs to be fixed asap. When even honest players are forced to be paranoid and be subject to this missle glitch witch hunt because of the behavior of randoms in their lobby, something is definitely wrong with the multiplayer aspect of your game, Bioware.

Allow me to rephrase... The host could of left and migrated to that guy thus allowing leon to join sorry for the confusing nature of how i phrased it the first time...

My only wish... like, really the only thing I want from BW, is an official statement in regards to progress (If any) that is being done to fix the problem. Just a simple little sticky saying "Hey guys, we're working on this."
There was a post on here earlier today that mentioned BW putting up a splash message like the one before a weekend event stating the MG's would be banned. That alone would do wonders to detere a lot of them.

So I'll get kicked now whenever I decide to use the Striker ?![]()
But the gun is so awesome ! Not much damage, but I love the idea of an assault rifle firing grenades !
I don't get it how those people can die while cheating. You've got unlimited rockets dammit, how much do you have to suck to die with that ?!
