Lately, I've been able to get to my destinations without an encounter, NORMALLY I get a lot of RE.But now I barely get any except for the main one(wynn, leliana, zev etc).
Why did they stop?
I do not think its any mods I installed, I only installed hair styles and improved romance.
I miss my encounters.
Suddenly getting less random encounters...Why?

Encounters are limited in the game, and they usually occur after a plot point.
As far as I know, the mods you're talking about shouldn't change any encounters.

I'm not talking about the main ones, I'm talking about random ones in random areas with darkspawn.
Also, I noticed suddenly that none of the darkspawn/enemies are dropping armor.This is on a new save also.

There is a limited number of RE, and some of them are extremely rare. If you travel a lot, you'll exhaust them fairly quickly.
