For my Destroyer, I invested in Devastator mode, Missile Launcher and "Fitness" powers to max. Took extra shots and 40% extra shields in D mode, 15% off shield penalty, AP and Cobra on ML, and built Health and shields 750/1500 with some melee on Fitness with a Wraith and Carnifex. Result is walking tank that excels in any field.

Indeed, especially for that massive shield pool. Getting tagged by a hunter, then giving about as much **** as it takes to turn around and blow the sneaky little **** to kingdom come is about as vindicating a moment as it gets in ME3MP.

Especially if you're packing the piranha and get to stagger lock them to death for a change.

I made like 3 different N7 Destroyer, one with full 6/6/6//6/0, no fitness whatsoever, but I found the missile and shield trim made it too weak. So I made another one, with no shoulder cannon, and that was a pretty powerful build, headshot 20%, 27% total weapon damage, that made my guns couple with Gears amp, so powerful, so powerful. Because now you're factored in the extra 15%-35% from Devastator mode I believe?  That on my Cerberus Hurricane, a thing of beauty.  Rapid fire adds to it as well, a beast.

But then I got bored and wanted the shoulder cannon back, just for the uniqueness factor, and here it is the third time, Devastator mode, plus 40% shield, again no fitness, it doesn't do as much weapon damage but I maxed out power % bonus, now the shoulder cannon kill for me 1/3 of the time, it's nice. It sometime misses because the missiles hit walls. But overall not bad, not bad at all.

The missile is good when I miss with my shots, it tracks even a dodging enemy, it's a good secondary suppliment that at full power bonus upgrade, and max it out on damage, quite potent, quite potent indeed. I went for the refire and single missile, verses armor damage bonus and 3 mini missiles. Actually never tried the mini missiles, decrease 50% damage each, doesn't seem quite nice as just boosting it up to 300 damage +.

Did they balance out Devastator mode because just today it suddenly gotten a whole lot more easy to move around, first day it was like the slowest moving character ever. Now it can actually run around close to normal speed without needing amps.

I'm using this exact same build but with a small difference. In the last evo of fitness I did not choose shields. The reason is simple, he already has plenty of it, but a +20% weapon dmg after killing a trash mob is something you don't want to miss. The difference is sensible

Frankly, the only thing I would change is the grenades. If you're going with the cluster at rank 6, go with the damage and force bonus at rank 4. You should also go with that at rank 5. You get over 2000 force. You can clear out groups fairly well even on Gold with it, and on platinum messes with Phantoms real good. Also, Grenade Gear 5 is a must.=]

I prefer the Piranha over the Claymore.

The Devestator Mode accuracy bonus mitigates its inaccuracy and turns it into a rapid fire death machine against anything close quarters.

My Valiant can shoot 6 shots before reload. Wraith 3 shots, Black Widow 4 shots, Harrier 48 bullets instead of 36 at lvl 1 and so on.


You're wrong. Valiant is 4 shots max.

It might have been fixed, I have heard the demolisher passive evo6 works too (not for me, the power damage still does not desplay for me).

The harrier is a good alternative to the typhoon. I have a harrier vii and no typhoon. I would also rather use a pirhana than a claymore. Smart choke > shredder on the claymore.

Are you sure using extended mag and barrel is a good idea? With barrel and piercing mod you'll be doing a lot of damage against everything, and Typhoon already has a pretty big magazine.

As rubbish as everyone keeps saying the missiles are, I think I might re spec and have a go with I'm tonight, seems like such a good idea, just a shame there a so sucky.

Any more thought on missile build? Iv pretty much always gone full fitness and I'm a bit worried with out it lol

Maximum Damage, They will rip through smaller targets while you mow down bigger ones. They are awesome

What build do you have ? ( if u don't mind me asking ) 

My Destroyer has no Fitness ans everything else maxed out. Damage and force, refire time, and cobra missiles for the Launcher. Recharge delay, rate of fire, and max shields for Dev mode. Damage and capacity, power damage, and weapon damage for TS-V battlesuit

This is exactly what I did earlier. Typhoon for... bullets, and Claymore for the close encounters that the Typhoon can't handle because of its spin-up time.

Although I used the Missile Launcher because I thought it seemed cool and could be good... too bad it's ridiculous. I'll Promote my Soldier class and fix that, I guess.

I guess the general consensus is that missle launcher sucks. Didn't spec into it myself, wanted to try the above build and on gold and silver with Typhoon I and Piranaha. Destroyers awesome.
