Questions about Executioner:

It is listed as not being Penetration Capable but it has 0.50m Penetration. Is this like the Kishock then where Penetration equipment and mods do not alter it's penetration but it can penetrate, for instance, guardian shields?

Do penetration mods and equipment affect the Executioner's performance against armor DR?

Suggestion: The columns are too long to see the weapon names when you get past half way. Could you put the weapon's names at the bottom of the column too?

P.S. Thanks for the spread sheet. Bioware should be doing this, not relying on it's customers for free work.

Better idea: is it possible to lock the names of each row and column (eg. BPP and recoil) so that they move with the screen instead of holding their position firm? I've seen it done on Excel, but I'm not sure whether tools you're using will allow this.

I've not changed the modifiers for the weapons I don't have yet(Spitfire and Lancer).

It might have a shield/barrier modifier, though it'll have to be tested.


I thought the Fagnan said the Spitfire had no modifiers against defenses. Even though it would make sense to me balance and lore wise.

How accurate are the armor piercing etc. stats on the new weapons? It sounds suspicious that neither the Executioner nor the Blood Pack Punisher get any multiplyer against armor or armor piercing.

The BPPs AP Round gets a 2.5x modifier against armour but the main attack doesn't.

BPP's AP round gets *2.5 vs armor ... Other than that nothing ...

Theoretically, it may give a significant increase to DPS to armor, however as a projectile weapon there no penetration effect whatsoever, no matter how much penetration you give it. There's very little point using it currently, as even if it does increase armored target DPS, this isn't going to be taking out armor or health quickly.

I checked and it seems right as the easiest way is to check the paladin's clip size. (It went from 4 to 3) not cool

About the Adas, it's a projectile weapon that ignores armour so the piercing mod wont help it against armour or let it penetrate.

As for the SP weapon stats. the pre-Reckoning patch did update SP weapons with all balance changes up to a certain point. A few powers got affected as well.

I've not updated it since I've been working on a better system for showing all of my spreadsheets. I was planning on launching it soon but I've been hit with some stuff IRL right now that needs my attention more.

It's a bug with really high rate of fire. Marksman just makes many guns that aren't affected by it reach the needed RPM to be hit, which is ~800.

It causes guns to occasionally consume twice as much ammo per shot, and gets worse the higher your rate of fire goes.

For the Reegar(1000 RPM), you lose almost half your clip to this, which is why I often say theoretical DPS of the Reegar is not a reachable number in-game.

Burst fire weapons appear to be immune to this, however.


Is this a MP only bug?  I just tried this in SP with the Indra and max ROF marksman (so 850 RPM) and while I could see the ammo counter skipping values while stepping through the capture in VirtualDub, the total time to empty the mag was pretty much what I expected.

Updated for today's changes. Looks like we're nearing the end.

Note about the Venom: I set the modifier to 25% but it needs testing. We were under the impression that the charge modifier was 36.67%, not 10%.

On a side note, there are some images missing and the no images sheet hasn't been updated with the new weapons yet(I'll probably throw this up later tonight). The reason for this is that I have been working on a website to display all this stuff, since it'll make it easier and will have everything in one place.

Had some RL stuff that needed dealing with this last weekend or it would have probably been launched. Should be up soonish.

The game files list the charge modifier as actually being 0.3667 though.

Would be nice if it works like your saying, and make more sense.
