[II D1SM3MB3R II]

My first and currently only n7 character (which I have recieved twice) is making me want to stop playing. My games consist of spamming biotic slash at close range and spamming phase disrupter at longrange. The class doesnt even need a weapon and I constantly go 70k plus in silver lobbies 90k plus in gold. Please fix this broken class bioware and make it at least fun to play?

Score isnt really everything but good job for doing good? It's not broken besides some Biotic Charging issues like with the Kroguard.

Perhaps your view of the class is shared with others but not with everybody.

The counterpoint is that I find it lots of fun and a definite challenge each and every time. In the end, without a challenge things would be too easy and really boring. Would they not?

Edit: also I respeced the n7 slayer just for the purpose of taking the single point out of biotic charge, my setup is 06666

You're doing it wrong then. N7 Slayer is one of the most awesome class if played right.

You should play it on platinium, if gold is too easy. I'm fairly sertain that it will prove an appropriate challenge for you.

Paladin is more like a living decoy i heard not much of a tank

Dont get me wrong grey, its awesome being a biotic ninja that whoops ass, but not that much ass with 2 attacks and like 10 bullets shot in a game

Well you will probably be disappointed, almost everything other than basic weapons goes right through the shield. Especially when off host.

Krogans and the Destroyer are better tanks honestly.

I couldn't figure out how to use the character to any decent effect. The animation leaves me too open with the blade attack, and Phase disrupter takes away barrier which also leaves me vulnerable. I excelled at dying and not much else. I was hoping the new vanguard would finally be one I could click with, but I guess I'm just not a good vanguard. lol

@ lee. use biotic slash like smash from the smash guard, hide behind walls it goes right through them and to drummer, that sucks, but idk, ive seen palladins do great and tank damage, but idk how the speced their class

Another thing I do not like about the class is that biotic slash is literally a carbon copy of electric slash as far as how the attack looks while being used and the effects of the attack, only difference is one is tech one is biotic. nice creativity bioware

Did the whole, "flying vanguard" thing today with the N7 Slayer.

We've known about this bug for how long now and it hasn't been fixed?

Another reason for no biotic charge for me, no flying miles above the map here. and yes elec it is.....very boring

Dude, how is it broken if you're going 70k and 90k? That's a great score. Sure, it may not be fun, but the class is really powerful if used correctly (which is what you're doing apparently)l, hell, you could probably even solo some missions with it if you have eyes in the back of your head and your class is speced right.

If it makes it any funner for you, try to think of the "Phase Disruptor" power as Iron Man's "Repulsor Gauntlets". Makes the match taht much better if you think you're Iron Man in the Mass Effect universe. I even went and named my Slayer "Tony Stark".

I don't use charge enough on my slayer for it to be a noticable problem. Seriously, just put effort into different skills, the charge is meant for desperation and shield regen on this class, it's true power lies in it's vicious melee attacks and the slash ability.

 the slayer is one of the best so far... only one im missing is the shadow... paladin is gay... his job is to sit in a corner with his shield and draw aggro... he cant move with his shield out thus making him a camping class... yet again sentinals are garbage... 

as for the slayer... he ranks with the fury and destroyer... PURE AWESOMENESS... sometimes makes the shadow look weak... also your playing him wrong... put charge up to full he is after all a vanguard... but either way your doing good why complain about the class... dont like it... change class and stop asking for bioware to change it... otherwise you and the other people that share your opinion are going to F up another class just like when they flamed INFI's and now they are useless...

Well... Truth is.... The Paladin is supposed to be a support class... He makes sure that you don't die... That's why he sits around... Probably not in corners... Maybe at chokepoints... Maybe even flanks... And he doesn't need to move with his shield out to block bullets...
