:alien:If anyone else knows of some please post. I will keep updating.. hopefully this will help not only the developers but package many issues into a  single post. If you have video or images of the bugs happening it would go along way in helping the developers see what you are refering to, so please post a youtube link or link to image locations.
:alien:It is my intent to get feedback from the developers(we hope) as to the staus of the fixes of these problems so the public will be more activly involved, i will update as time goes on.
=======================The LIST===========================

1. (Confirmed) Invisable enemies, this started out with once and a while a banchee would poof and all you would see was the glowing dynamics to once and a while joining a match and not being able to see any of the enemies. Mar3ekl made a note: "the banshee becomes invisible even to Geth party members with hunter mode on - it seems the whole model simply disappears." 2 minutes 43 seconds into video

2. (Confirmed) Disconnects, total random in nature and have tried many solutions offered by users here and by tech support.

3. (Confirmed) Purchase a Pack (any) and you get the infamous (Please Wait...) that sits there... just to disconnect you so you end up having to close out the game and reload. Your points are gone and you have NO clue what you recieved ..if anything. Player Siran speculates its when Origin is checking for viable options againt what the user already has is when the issue occurs primarily player cards. Since the 1.3 if you reconnect after disconnect of this issue 50% or so of the time you would recieve your chest to see what you got. 40-45% of the time you would get the items but not see what was in it with approx. 5% chance of not recieving anything. 4. (Confirmed) Get in a match and there is this one guy who seems to float everywhere he goes, or just stands in one location hovering. May be related to #23 in list.

5. (Confirmed) Seeing other players who have stopped shooting but their weapons keep on showing the firing effect, this is not a single weapon issue.

6. (Confirmed) Invinsible Hunter Geth... i think it speaks for itself, mainly on platinum.video is of xbox but it shows exactly the same thing that happens for pc http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lsR37QToO60

7. (Confirmed) Falling through the floor or flying into the air.

8. (Confirmed) A magical thing happens and you can not move in any direction unless you heavy melee to force yourself into a direction. (possible latency issue between host or  EA server)

9. (Confirmed) I know of 3 maps were enemies jump up from below the playable area to enter the battle, that on occasion refuse to jump up or get stuck at the level playing field. 5 minutes and 21 seconds into video

10. (Confirmed) Ladders that do not work as intended, (stuck behind them, pulls you back onto them, or total inability to use them) 3 minutes 3 seconds into video

11. (Confirmed) Occasional inability to interact with objects(such as get behind cover, ammo, revive team mates, start or interact with objectives requiring interaction).

12. (Confirmed) Inability to join friends in a match(Gets stuck on "Joining Game.." message). This may be a hosting issue but this is the extent i am going on this topic due to the many many other forums about it.

13. (Confirmed) Geth Rocket Troopers.. multi firing rockets.. this becomes a insta-kill when more than one is local.

14. (Unconfirmed) When you die in a zone near an engineer ammo cache (I don't remember the ability). When a teammate resurects you, the ammo cache immediately restores a part of your shield. However when this happens the near death red screen effect does not go away until the next time your shield is depleted and regens by itself.

15. (Confirmed) Weapons that disapear while holstered. Siran has said "This happens when you switch weapons and while switching climb a ladder. This way the weapon you switch to will disappear. Some ppl do

16. (Confirmed) Glitch where character gains super speed, multiple posters mentioned this has happened and that they were using Various characters not just new characters. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQgA3rfxTuw

17. (Confirmed) Rio is becomming notorious for crashes (on all platforms), possible memory overflow issue?

18. (Confirmed) Player dies, glitches, and returns to spawn location or other location (possible latency issue between host or  EA server), http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p45HneqgUnI

19. (Confirmed) Sound effects and music stop working in-game, but voice chat and other sounds working fine. 1 minute 53 seconds into video

20. (Unconfirmed) When not hosting and running as N7 Paladin, the shield sometimes doesn't appear on melee, it also has no effect, no attack and no fire resistence.

21. (Confirmed) Untouchable, AI completely ignores player, Could not take damage, Could not interact with anything(pick up thermal clips, revive team mates), Could not inflect damage (powers animate no damage or effect, could not fire weapon). Happens in Wave 11, i have personally had it happen while in the dustoff area in this wave.

22. (Confirmed) A player has had a problem where their N7 rating has two numbers, one that is showing on the teams list is one number and the one in the leaderboards is a totally different number. always not only loosing N7 rank,
but also all the credits and XP earned along the way. If a Player constantly has this issue with the same hosts, quit and rejoin after each match for a partial workaround, so that the ME3 Server has to update the status. This might have something to do with the host not conveying your stats to the ME3 server properly.(Thanks Siran for the clarification) Images are on the forum of the problem social.bioware.com/forums/forum/1/topic/344/index/13347865/1#13413748

23. (Confirmed) A glitch with the N7 Shadow while using the Shadow Strike skill. If a player were to die before fully teleporting to the target during Shadow Strike, the ragdoll effect would go crazy then once player is revived that player would respawnat the extraction point but unable to use any skills or weapons. With a chance player will be halfway in the ground andgoing up and down in the same spot without the ability to move. 24. (Confirmed) Ultra Light Materials, not working properly on SMG's, In-game power cool down is not shortened. Only the Geth SMG works correctly. Siran made a addition to this "ULM on SMGs works on every SMG when - and only when - you have a pistol with ULM equipped as well. Link. 25. (Unconfirmed) In map Rio if a player dies while transporting a object the object disappears and group is unable to complete the objective. Poster stated he was sure it was a N7 character that this happened with.

26. (Fix Found) Inability to connect to Galaxy at War http://social.biowar...me3_persona.php

27. (Unconfirmed) Being invisible(Client side) after a teammate revives you - the whole character is invisible to the player, although teammates see the character normally. Only (small) parts of character remain visible (such as pistol, scopes and parts of the handle). Poster stated it happened several times with the N7 fury and he was hosting the game every time.

28. (Fix Found) Add-ons Empty either through Origin or by clicking the "Downloadable Content" option in Mass Effect 3 players get an empty window, without ability to download.  Deleting the Origin folder in c:\\Users\\username\\AppData\\roaming. Has a chance to correct this problem.

29. (Confirmed) On Sur kesh,  Jade and one other map, even though all the team mates are in the extraction zone, it has
names in red as if were not in the lz or dead when final stats are shows at the conclusion of the round, I have noticed if you are in a possition of cover at the end this happens, but not if you are in the standing possition.

30. (Confirmed) With Asari Justicar with power value not on cool down, Shields at maximum(or lower value), takes multiple attempts to cast Biotic Sphere. The accompanied video shows even as Host this happens, you can hear the resounding "Ding" of failure on each attempt to cast this ability. Siran added " found that it works if you look at the ground when casting it. Maybe it has something to do with the game trying to cast it on a target when
you have something in sight. Which should not be possible as it is not an aimed power."

31. (Confirmed) Total inability to move using keyboard or mouse, Ability to fire was useable. Player could still die and be rezed but even after being rezed still could not move.

32. (Confirmed) Gross weapon issue that the player is unable or it does not reload the full amount into the clip. Some were only able to reload if the clip was fully exausted. Experienced even when playing as Host/Leader. http://social.biowar...9807/1#13543391

33. (Unconfirmed) N7 Paladin appears "shieldless". Anytime he would melee (light or
heavy) his omnitool would appear but the shield would not. Submitted by: n3koshi

34. (Confirmed) Enemy becomes stuck, bullets do not affect them, on occasion castable powers do. Location of areas this happen below:

FB Reactor, Enemy becomes stuck up in upper spawn point on other side of reactor from of the spawn location. Near area where computers are located. There is a place where enemies first drop from the ceiling on an elevated "landing pad" and then from that to the floor. If you stand at the computer, it's located between the reactor and the stairs to the left. The enemies were stuck dropping from the ceiling to the pad. FB Rio, Enemey becomes stuck,  immediately below spawn point from the side of the extraction area. There is a path that leads from the open area near extraction (not the elevated walkways, the one that goes between them) to the spawn point. This path ends with a wall and there is a staircase to the right. The enemy was stuck inside this wall.

FB Glacier, Enemies become stuck at spawn point above ammo crate located in Basement area.


35. (Confirmed) With the use of tactical scan, incinerate was either unreliable or useless for almost anything except maybe hitting bosses. Incinerate would not track targets and even firing at targets point blank yielded no damage.

36. (Confirmed) When a player activates cloak they are attacked as if they do not have it engaged. Even when they are not in visual of a enemy when they activate it.

37. (Confirmed) Melee dominate characters(primarily Krogan), when directly facing a target(within1-2 feet) and activate a melee ability the swing goes through the target placing your character on other side of target and does no damage. The only way to offset this is to place your character more than 3-4 feet from target before activating the melee ability.

38. On map Vancouver, Drone escort quest, Drone disappeared during its movement to destination phase. User was client but all others involved was not able to see it either. Start location was near the ventilation deck near larger ramp on back side of the offices. Ending point of escort was map corner located in the area next to Helipad that is uncovered where satellite dish is located. see reference images located on page 7 of this forum.

39. (Confirmed) Sometimes when searching for a game, player will start to hear other people talking (like they have already joined the lobby but have yet to actually see the lobby itself). Player does not always get tossed into that lobby they just stay on the loading screen, and I'll stop hearing them talk or the talking will persist but will not get put into another game. The "Communicating" animation at the top left keeps going (but sometimes goes away). Player will have to cancel the search and do another to get into a workable lobby. This happens regardless of difficulty level.

40. Cosmetic glitch where the chosen ammo equipment type will not show icon on N7 Fury during a match reguardless of weapon type.

41. When playing the N7 Paladin, If you use the Energy Drain ability you should get a grid type animation that covers your characters body. this shows you have recieved the buff from the use of the ability. This animation only shows IF you are the host of the game and NOT if you are the client.

And when all enemies suddenly become invulnerable: but only to you.
Although powers sometimes still work - just weapon fire.

And reverse 'teleports' - where you end up back where you started your charge or storm. Sometimes you seem to end up in a completely different place

reviving teammates doesnt always work, many times i have tried to revive a fallen teammate and had to press spacebar about 6 or 7 times before it would finally do anything, also powers not working is a more common bug i get, or getting stuck against walls or stairs, and also the cover system is bad, i cant always get into cover, even though im standing infront of something and pressing spacebar but nothing happens, which gets me killed :(

Geth Rocket Trooper. Seriously, am I the only one experiencing them sometimes firing 2 or 3 rockets immediately one after another? I think they do this when they fire a rocket, they then lock onto some other target which means that they somehow reload their rocket launcher.

Usually they'd have sort of a cooldown, but are actually able to fire immediately. Sometimes they even lock back on to the guy they fired the first rocket at, and fire a second one right after, which pretty much equals death with certain classes on certain difficulty.

And I kind of remember seeing once a geth fire 3 rockets in a rapid succession. Fired them at 3 different squadmates though.

P.S. Reporting bugs without explaining how to reproduce them is kind of useless to the devs. They either know about the bugs, or won't know them and won't know how to see or test them.

This is very true, but some of them are not easy to reproduce they just randomly happen :(, ill add your bug to the list

What about all the old bugs I keep reading about (incinerate damage to chilled targets, energy drain armor, etc.)? Are they captured in another thread?

Add disapearing weapons while holstered. The only two I've come acrossed so far is the talon and scorpion. Another thing that would be nice to change is to have the SMG on the left side and the pistol on the right side just like the loadout screen.

I have had the invisible enemies, not being able to take cover, not beiing able to interact with reviving, devices, ammo box, latters, etc., and on Rio the game freezes then crashes to desktop. And have experienced these bugs several time!

Its my hope that all the little bugs will be addressed and fixed, or atleast acknowledged and eventually discussed and fixed. As long as we can gather the information for them on what leads up to the issue it may help them resolve it. If anyone has videos of the bugs happening it would greatly help.

A couple minutes ago, immediately after a roll to the right, my N7 Demolisher got superspeed. I have no idea how this happened. I was in Firebase Jade, equiped with a Shield Booster 3 and fighting Cerberus 

I alt+F4 immediately.

It also had happened to me - 2 times. First time it was with n7 paladin at firebase hydra - after few seconds the game crashed and backed to windows. Second time (today) I was playing with n7 fury at firebase london - the game crashed but it did not back to the windows. There is only information "expecting for other games" (or sth like that as I don't have a english version of the game) and game is not running - I'm waiting 20 minutes :unsure:.

Rio is becomming notorious for crashes (on all platforms), happens to me 90% of the time with any character, any part of the map and your character could be doing anything, the only pattern is that its always random (Ive reported this elsewhere also). Ive also experienced Slayer becomming invisible, I think it has something to do with the invisible dodge as the Fury has the same bug.

Ive had entire enemy wave invisible only on Condor, faction Geth.
As above mentioned, Ive had a super speedy N7 Demolisher on Jade (happened tonight)
Also had banshees becomming invisible on a more regular basis

All the above has been since Earth DLC

One odd thing with the invisible enemy bug. When I have this problem with the Geth I can still see and Destroy the spawned Drones and Turrets from the Primes??
