Even if it is or is not on the List its still good to get confirmation from other people that it is happening or not.
From what you ave said it almost sounds like a perspective issue. If you know the people you were playing with ask them if they seen the same thing.

unfortunately it was a match with random players, but will try to ask next time I encounter it.

Yes, now that you mention it, I too can confirm this too. I think it might be a little bit more generic, though:

It can happen when a player dies, is revived (squadmate or medigel makes no difference here) and is at a location where something with shield restoration abilities is in range (Geth turret, supply pylon, even the escort drone if I remember correctly).

If I had to hazard a guess, the bleed effect (red dark screen) does not take into account shield restoration once it has been started. Also, it looks like health regeneration (because after health regen the effect should go away) does not remove the effect if shields are already restored (even though partly).

At least we can be glad it is not game breaking for the players. But I also think you don't have to die for the effect to go away - just expose yourself to enemy fire long enough for your shields to be depleted and SOME health damage be done. Then, after the health regen kicks in, the effect should be properly removed.

At least that's my theory, I have not tested it yet. Maybe someone else can test it.

This is intentional, not a bug. Certain combination of weapon mods are not allowed - just like SMG recoil system and SMG Ultra light materials.

Mar3ekl nailed it on the head again!!! Its a balancing that BioWare implimented to keep certain things from being to powerful.:alien:

From the thread I gathered that it is not Piranha-specific, more like a generic reload problem. I have never experienced this myself, so I cannot comment on this more. But it looks like it is relatively infrequent. On the other hand, a weapon that does not reload and fires by itself is pretty game breaking.

I guess this issue is worth putting on the list, Onishiro?

indeed worth posting, i know with the tempest once and a while but not always if i use up the full clip and it auto-reloads it will only load a small amount of ammo you empty the clip again and then it loads the full amount as normal. I'm not sure if this correlates with the same issue that Ryan has but i will try and sum it up as a gross weapon type issue.

Thanks for adding it to the list but I was hoping that someone had a workaround for it as the list is ample evidence that BW doesn't concern itself with addressing glitches that don't cause it to lose money (like the rocket glitch).

When I ran past a Geth turret, it restored my shields (which is normal behavior) but although the cloak "shimmer" didn't go away, the character reappeared. Enemy behavior didn't seem to change so it's probably just a visual bug. I tried to repeat the occurrence but couldn't manage to get close enough to the turret while my shields were toasted and I was cloaked while fighting.

There's a 55 pages long thread you might want to include: link. I've made two observations: This only happens to me if there is a character card in the pack, so I'm guessing this has something to do with ME3 trying to check which appearance options you already have and getting stuck in the process. Since the recruitment pack change where most cc were replaced by ammo consumables if you have them maxed this does not happen to me very often anymore and only when there is a common human character in the pack (since you can still get those even after maxing them). Second observation: Since patch 1.3 if you immediately reconnect to multiplayer after you've been booted to the main menu, the pack you purchased will be opened and you'll be able to see what you got. In 99% of the cases I did get something after a failed purchase, so it's not as bad as it sounds.

15. (Confirmed) Weapons that disapear while holstered. (Poster pointed out the talon and scorpion)


From what I gather this happens when you switch weapons and while switching climb a ladder. This way the weapon you switch to will disappear. Some ppl do this on purpose, for instance to hide the bulky missile launcher on your back.

16. (Confirmed) Glitch where character gains super speed, multiple posters mentioned this has happened and that they were using N7 Demolisher and paladin characters on new maps. Other posters have had this issue with older characters on the older maps.


Had this happen with a SI and QME, so not limited to new characters.


22. (Confirmed) A player has had a problem where their N7 rating has two numbers, one that is showing on the teams list is one number and the one in the leaderboards is a totally different number. Had this happen to me several times, always not only loosing N7 rank (which wouldn't be that big of a deal), but also all the credits and XP earned along the way. I constantly have this with the same hosts, which is why I tend to quit and rejoin after each match I have with these hosts, so that the ME3 Server has to update my status. Might have something to do with the host not conveying your stats to the ME3 server properly.

24. (Confirmed) Ultra Light Materials, not working properly on SMG's, In-game power cool down is not shortened. Only the Geth SMG works correctly. Issue and videos showing side by side comparisons submitted by Celestiea, ,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nc5aHVeMJx8


ULM on SMGs works on every SMG when - and only when - you have a pistol with ULM equipped as well. Link. Not a fix per se, but at least a workaround.

30. (Confirmed) With Asari Justicar with power value not on cool down, Shields at maximum(or lower value), takes multiple attempts to cast Biotic Sphere. The accompanied video shows even as Host this happens, you can hear the resounding "Ding" of failure on each attempt to cast this ability. 2 minutes 35 seconds into video  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w_5w4rCm3PE


I've found that it works if you look at the ground when casting it. Maybe it has something to do with the game trying to cast it on a target when you have something in sight. Which isn't possible as it's not an aimed power.

Confirmed. Noticed it a few times when playing infiltrators was still worth it :) It is indeed just a visual glitch, the cloak is still working and enemies cannot see you.

I can confirm all of the listed bugs and i need to mention my favorite, the invincible bug. With this bug i played all day without taking any damage. My friend was hosting a game but only i had this bug. It disappeared when friend created a new host.

Fix for galaxy at war map status does not work anymore, so if someone knows another fix, please let me know.

I recommend not to exploit such glitches - it might easily lead to you being banned permanently. Bioware is VERY strict about this. If you encounter such behavior, it is best to either disconnect immediately or finish the game and then quit the lobby.

If you played extensively exploiting this bug, chances are, you have already been flagged as a cheater by BW's internal systems.

First its their problem for breaking a game not mine i didn't use any cheat. Second i do not exploit this bug because it happened only once few days ago or any other bug.

No i am not banned. Everything is working fine in the game ecxept galaxy at war status bug who has appeared when i installed earth dlc when it was released.

I understand that and I do not point a finger at you and say "cheater". I know that it's "their fault", BUT if you played several games (as you mentioned, a "whole day") being invulnerable because of this, there might be chance you are flagged. Bans come in waves, the latest was July 17, and over a thousand players got banned.

There have already been mentions that some players were banned as "guilty by association", just for playing with players who exploited, for example, the missile glitch.

I just wanted you to know about the strict anti-cheating policies employed by Bioware. I apologize if it looked like I was accusing you.

Noticed something interesting on the "invisible Banshee" issue: the banshee becomes invisible even to Geth party members with hunter mode on - it seems the whole model simply disappears.

Did a quick scan, did not see this one on the list ...

Has happened before, with slight variations, where cannot crouch in cover at some point in game--this was on Vancouver, the others were not. The shuttle did not depart the LZ after a new player joined. Original four, all fine, could crouch. One left, probably lost connection, new player joined and the shuttle did not depart when a new player joined. At that point I could not crouch in cover for the rest of the match. The common thread to all of them is that if the shuttle doesn't depart, I have the issue with not being able to crouch in cover.

Were you the host when this issue occurred? I know weird question but i want to rule out a latency issue. If the hosting party has a poop connection then it may not have beentransfering the data to the clients as intended.

While playing yesterday on the London map, I saw another players N7 Paladin running around "shieldless". Anytime he would melee (light or heavy) his omnitool would appear but the shield would not. I asked if it was also invisible to anyone else but none of the other players responded.

I also experienced a problem while playing Glacier for the second time today. On Bronze many weeks ago and on Silver today. Cut through the tower on the way to the LZ and something killed me about one meter from the circle edge. When the dropped, it did not "land" on the walkway, but instead fell through to the ground below and was irretrievable. You could peak over the barriers and see it but not get close enough to interact with it.
