after I first started playing MP, the MQE came out.  Had problems with
Incinerate not working properly. Thought at the time it got goofed up by
using tactical scan, but I was new to MP and not sure.  Then read
others had issues with "ballistic" powers not hitting anything or not
doing damage when obviously hitting something, so thought what I was
seeing was not about tactical scan, but a problem overall with ballistic
powers.  Eventually, incinerate became so frustrating and unreliable, I
pretty much stopped using MQE.  

Went back to it today, since
they buffed incinerate this week--played a bunch of matches.  Lot more
experience now in MP, so maybe a bit more aware of what is going on.
 There are still issues with ballistic powers (incinerate for the
Turian, concusive shot for human soldier, carnage for Krogan), but in
the case of the MQE and incinerate, there seems to be a unique bug or
perhaps an additional bug to consider.

As host and as client, as
long as I did not use tactical scan with my MQE, incinerate worked
flawlessly.  As I raised my levels and the evolution of powers, I became
a killing machine -- as long as I did not use tactical scan any time
during that match.  

On the other hand, if I used tactical scan, incinerate was either unreliable or useless for almost anything except maybe
hitting bosses.  But it would not track targets and even firing at
targets point blank yielded no damage.  I did this on multiple
missions--once used in a mission, tactical scan seemed to bugger
incinerate from then on, for that match.

I also notice that
either folks are not playing the MQE much any more or they are not using
tactical scan much, I only see it very rarely, perhaps I now understand
why.  I either lose tactical scan in order to keep incinerate useful or
use tactical scan and lose incinerate.  Seems a shame after they buffed
incinerate.

Probably reported already, but I have gotten the speed bug (you move alot faster then normal) a couple of times now.
Quite annoying and it usually ends up in my screen freezing completely after 1 or 2 minutes.

Bugs I have to add: on Priority: Palaven, after climbing the rock leading to the comm tower, I fall through the rock just like at Sanctuary and Cronos Station. Also, one husk lingered at the bottom of a cliff instead of climbing when I went looking for the new primarch, so I had to shoot it. And during Priority: Tuchanka, just once was one husk out of my reach at the Hollows that i couldn't see or shoot.

another bug i think, the tactical cloak when activated, i got taken down by a husk whilst cloaked, and i was hidden when i activated it, its happened a few times, also another issue im having and wondering if anyone else has it too, is with krogans when you meelee does it miss the target even though your facing the enemy, i've gone through targets but not hit them at all, this is annoying, especially mean as a krogan doesnt have many powers that work well, like biotic charge, it doesnt always work, i have to click space about 8 or 9 times before it finally does anything :(

I understand your frustrations, while this issue is a Single Player issue. This list i have made is primarily geared towards Multiplayer. A few post prior to this one another poster said the same thing as you have which really is making me think to expand into the SP side of things, but for now i will focus on MP.

The cloak issue I will add this to the list #36, if anyone else has observed or has video of this please post.
As for the Krogan Melee problem i understand what you are saying and have experienced it myself, very annoying for a up close and personal type player. I have done my best to write it out in a understandable form let me know what you think. #37

Not really bugs, per se, but I think UI design flaws.  But would have to be addressed in a patch, along with bugs, so here goes (and apologies OP if this is a foul, I think what you are doing here is good for all, since I am assuming Bioware is paying close attention to your thread).

Come up to an enable/disable task objective and have to play games to get it to start.  I end up crouching behind the thing it is sitting on.  Since you crouch regardless, it should know if you are there to do the objective (and no one else is enabling/disabling) and allow you to enable/disable without playing games.

The dodge "dance" that the AJ, Fury, Shadow or Slayer does (others too, but to a lesser extent that does not have the same consequences), that appears to occur randomly when going forward and trying to run (as opposed to doing it intentionally, by double tapping the space bar when going forward).  Too, too many times I just wanted to move forward, in some cases to get the heck out of dodge, in some cases to revive a fallen mate, in some cases to move toward an objective, in some cases trying to crouch behind cover and instead waste time or worse (teleporting from a safe place to direct line of fire, teleporting a second time to direct line of fire, heading the wrong direction for escape, disoriented from the teleport).  Again, I think this is a bad design issue, instead of a bug.  If I want to dodge, the double tap on the space bar should trigger it (W + spacebar + spacebar), not the run forward command (W + spacebar).

Numbered hot keys are inconsistent.  In a lot of cases, a "switch" type of power is on button one, but not always.  In other cases, same power in different classes is in a different place.  For example, SE and SI both have energy drain, using different keys.  "Switch" type things (destroyer, AJ bubble, Fury AF, QME tactical scan) are button 1, but others are not.  Some characters and classes don't have a "switch on" type of power, I get that, but they are inconsistent. This effects me because I play different characters regularly (race and class), so I notice it more than someone who only plays a few characters.

Initial weapons load out and passive abilities.  I think this one could be an issue of competing logic.  A Krogan will have a passive power that rewards shotguns (reducing their weight), but in the case of the Krogan soldier, his default weapon loadout is a sniper rifle and asault rifle. Would think the passive rewards would tie to the default loadout for the class, not just be race based.  In part because supposedly, the default loadout matches up with how that character is best employed.  In some cases, it appears the passives are not tied to race (human passive rewards seem to follow class more than a single meme for race), so don't see why in other cases they are.

While none of these are "bugs," I think some are at least design flaws, though others like weapon loadout are probably more my opinion than anything else.  OP, I hope this matches the spirit of what you are trying to do with this thread.

You do make some good points, some of the minor stuff you have talked about does make alot of sence. Especially the loadouts. The Dodge dance i honestly beleive this is due to the game being made for cross platform, unlike older games which were PC specific. Being that the spacebar is used for 1/2 of the moves in MP. Have you tried to remap some of the keys?
And i hope your right i do hope they are monitoring this forum... I just wish they would respond or even help me add some fixes that they know about.

Thanks -- since these were not really bugs, didn't want to get off topic.  

In single player, I remapped the keys for ME, to match ME2 and now ME3, but I never considered it for MP, since you can't remap the hot keys.  I will try that (had no reason to in SP).  [edit: only two things to map in MP, neither of which help, the dodge control input is something we as players can't modify] I assumed that somehow it was on occasion interpreting a single space bar tap with a double tap (server lag?), giving me a dodge when I did not want it and that some kind of patch could change it so that it only dodged on the double tap.

I think Bioware is listening in.  Given that this thread stays on the front page of PC tech issues, folks are adding issues almost daily, you are culling them to put the new ones on the list--it just helps them out.  Bioware helped the guy out who lost his gear in an apartment fire, who posted a good-bye thread on the multi-player forum--something they didn't have to do--so I gotta believe they are monitoring this one--for something that directly helps their game.  

Chris, is that you listening in?

Playing as a Demolisher on Jade, Gold, wave 6 (I think). Attempted to take cover in one of the corners of the extraction zone (left hand corner as you look to the stairs down). But I wouldn't stay in cover and instead kept popping back up. I tried to move elsewhere, but I was locked in place. Couldn't shoot, throw grenades or crouch; though I could still look around.

All the enemies were still visible, so it wasn't (quite) the invisible enemies bug. When I was shot down and dying, from my point of view, my body remained upright.  I couldn't use Medi-Gel either.  My allies revived me, but I was left frozen. Wave ends, and I'm still locked in place, so I quit the game at that point.

Bugs like this are infuriating; I lose the equipped consumables, get no credits, and the team I was with have to play a Gold match one man short. I only hope someone turned up to take my place!

Did you have a player leave the game about that time and a new one join?  And the shuttle doesnt' depart and stays in the drop off zone?  That has been my experience when I can't crouch or at times, get stuck with the situation you are describing.  Have had it happen on multiple maps, multiple characters, the clue is the shuttle not departing after a new player joins.  I assume that even if my character is not glitched when the shuttle stays, that someone else on the team is glitched.

I looked at your posts above; about hot keys, I normally map two powers to the back/forwards keys on the mouse (I use a PC); that's usually good enough, though you have to remap whenever you change class.

Also, there is a way to separate run from cover and revive, but it involves modding coalesced.ini, which might lead to a ban if used in MP.  No-one seems to know if Bioware consider such a thing as a cheat.  And we're starting to drift away from the thread!

Hadn't thought about forward/back keys on mouse -- will try that, a really good idea.

Since Bioware won't let you change cursor color (which I have a lot of trouble seeing most times, but even more so with either Destroyer mode or Hunter mode--I end up missing everything to the right) without being banned, don't think I will mod anything there.  My files are pristine from a Bioware perspective, plan to keep it that way.

As you say, now drifting from the thread, so will stop.  Hope the discussion on the glitches, what you have seen, what I have seen, what others have seen is helpful for bioware.  Selfishly, because it will benefit the player, in the end.

had 1 similar to 21, 3 times now, diff maps, using N7 destroyer,i can still move around and take damage, but weapons and and auto rocket won't fire, happened twice in wave 11 and once in an earlier wave, that one it did correct itself but only after i was knocked out and then revived by another player.

hmm.. if it corrected itself it almost sounds like it manifests itself durring a latency issue possibly. Were you the host or a client?

Added notes to #8 and #18, (possible latency issue between host or EA server). The reason i added this note is a game i was playing today, A UK player was host, a RUS player was client, and myself a US player was client. My TS(time shot) and TOI(time upon impact) was spot on with no delay no glitch issues rubber banding etc.. but the RUS player was having these issues around Round 5. He began running in place unable to move from his location no matter how much he tried.

Later in the Match he was finally able to get free of the spot. My guess is the latency was messing up the sync so it did not know where his location should have been thus his XYZ remained at 0,0,0 of his current location. This is purely hypothetical thinking.

While a loading screen is up (On the Citadel in the lift in my case) pressing the map button freezes the game... pressing it again allows the loading to continue. Had this happen a few times before I figured out what was actually happening.

Very interesting, possibly a corrupted image? have you attempted to reload the game since this started?

I got the pattern + patterncolour upgrade for the vorga soldier.
Tried every possible colourcombination.....it doesn't work.

The Vorcha pattern give them what looks like Tattoos on their arms and legs, I use usually a red or black myself. I know you said you tried all color combinations. I implore you to record this using a video capture software so its easier for the developers to understand what the issue is and find a way to correct it. Your explaination of the issue is sound but i would love to have from your persective what is happening.

Fraps(has a free trial or you can purchase) or CamStudio (Free to use but asks for donations) can do this recording
Edit it in Windows Live Movie Maker (totally free directly from Microsoft) Edit out the parts that have no relavence
then upload it to YouTube and post the link to the video here.

I noticed a minor cosmetic glitch recently. I am playing a lot of N7 Fury right now, equipped with Acolyte pistol, and I noticed that ammo equips don't show the "icon" on the gun. Every single gun, when equipped with an ammo equip, displays a little image to let the player know that he/she is using e.g. incendiary ammo.

The acolyte is the sole exception to this rule. As I stated, it's just a cosmetic glitch, because the ammo is actually active (incendiary ammo burns enemies), but still - a glitch is a glitch, so I thought I'll report it.

In SP you can only upgrade the Predator to level 7, the remaining 3 upgrades are normally gotten when you pick up a weapon on your second playthough. Since you never pick it up, it never gets upgraded.

Very minor bug though, who really uses the Predator in SP with so many better options out there?

Don't know what I did (or didn't do) the 1st couple of tries but it worked straight away after reading this! (?)
