 And before anyone tells me to do so, I've already e-mailed Bioware's ME3 Account Admin.

I've tried uninstalling/re-installing and repairing installation the EA Customer Support team tells me over and over, but it doesn't work.

Short of buying another pass (which I would never do), anything to make it work again?

Please tell me did you make any changes? I am having the same problem. I contacted live support and they told me i didn't get banned...
I moved my computer to my sister apartment but there is the same internet provider as in my place so i don't get it....

I did no changes haruki61. Still waiting for official support. Read through some solution that indicates a change in product code, on the server end but I haven't tried that yet.

ask the Live Support person to delete your game code and add a new copy with the same entitlements. It will be okay right after that. That's what I did.

Interestingly enough the PC version doesn't have an online pass. If the game is rgeistered to Origin, you should have online access. The error message was ported directly from the console source, which is very misleading.

ok. my problem is solved. it was the shi*y net at my sisters house. it has blocked ports for the game.:sick:

for those who are not banned, the above solution that I put up will solve the online pass problem. it might be that there are some code problem or something (or even our accounts being investigated for the time being, not sure), but deleting your game code on their end and replacing it with another game code will solve it with unlocks intact.

Did that, deleted the offending file, activated the new key. Still the same fraking Online Pass issue. >:(

Just now the EA Live dude told me I was banned, for doing nothing wrong. He needed to escalate my problem if I didn't want to just create a new account and using the new game code they'll be giving me.

quite different from what Ernest Tse emailed me.
