Is the hardest mode on Dragon Age: Origins too hard?

I have did many playthoughs and wanted to try it on nightmare mode but i dont want to die like every 10 mins is it worth to play?

You should have no problem if you are familiar with the game, which I'm sure you are as you have did multiple playthroughs. In fact, nightmare would seem terribly easy as you get going. No, it's not hard for anyone who have experienced the game at least once and is familiar with the talents, spells, tactics, threat management and so on. So just hit the pedals and keep rocking. :)

Also, if you try it, you can always change the difficulty back, should you find NM not to your liking.

I don't think the difficulty levels took huge leaps in DA:O. It's my impression that each level is only a fraction trickier than the one below it, though the game is generally fairly challenging.

And people do solo nightmare runs, so as long as you can build your characters reasonably competantly, you should be able to do it with a full party.
