I'm not sure how to add points, or even know exactly what they are, but trying to log in to the checkout gives me an 'unknown error'

Why would they make this difficult? Wouldn't making more money be a priority, even above making sure the game is working properly? I know it's day one, bugs etc., but a simple checkout interface shouldn't be complicated.
