Yes and it is.

It makes sense as with right hand advantage + high shields / health and reduced chance for stagger very little will cause you to stop firing your fully charged beam except for the ammo limit

Any Krogan is good with the PPR. But the KroSol and Shaman in particular with Incendiary stacks.

any soldier uses it well, sentinels too...though if you were to ask me, anyone and everyone can use it to great effect

TGI??? You can get 2 cloak shots with the gun, or the Geth Jug, he doesn't stagger and gets bonus ammo if I remember correctly. For all the people who say this gun sucks you really need to learn to play it. Use incend. rounds, magazine, and the heavy pierce barrel. One of the best guns on Plat since you don't have to worry about ammo, especially on Condor.

Any class you don't want to hump an ammo box with. Say a jugg with his slow arse. Damn that reminds me I need some AR amps.

It actually works fine on any class with full passive weapon damage and Assault Rifle amps.

Personally I believe the geth Trooper Soldier and turian Sentinel are the two best with it.

I had mine specced for dark sphere at first and couldn't really play him off-host (95% of my games). Dark Sphere was too unresponsive, the explosions from seeker swarms were pretty weak and I found myself switching back to the 'prime -> shoot' that I'm comfortable with.

Now with DC for staggering mooks and priming in general (with warp ammo), he works really well with the PPR. Maybe I'm just more into weapons platforms now that I've gotten better at aiming.

I imagine the Turian Ghost (start firing and then cloak when the firing speed picks up) or the Collector Adept.

p.s. I don't play him pure weapons platform. Dark Sphere 6, Seeker Swarms 5, Dark Channel 3 for me, although I've occasionally tried Dark Sphere 3, Dark Channel 6 and Seeker Swarms 5.
