Oh right, Rosa. She's great, one of my favorites. She just makes complete sense once you've played the game. Unfortunately, I never did find out who stole my wheeled contraption.
Her lines are even better if you are Malkavian.
And btw Malkvian has the best outfits in game imo, male outfits are nutjob while female ones are so ****ty:police:

Everything is better as a Malkavian. Except for that damn Stop Sign. YOU WILL RUE THE DAY TRAFFIC SIGNAGE! That day will be one to be rue'd for you, indeed.

One of my favorite moments in the game, along with the conversation you can have with the news anchor and convincing (through dementation, naturally) your friend that you're her pet turtle. Heather also goes insane when a malk pc makes her a ghoul, the bit about her getting food for you is priceless:
Heather: I went fishing today... and I caught a big one. Can you hear him
flopping around the bathroom? That's how you can tell he's fresh.
Malk PC: No no no no no... fish travel in schools!
And Fat Larry thinking you're on crack when you first speak to him...

Here's my character sheet. I'm open to suggestions and critique, though I doubt I'll play a Tremere again anyway. Not that Thaumaturgy and Dominate aren't cool. BTW is the haven at the Tremere chantry worth getting? I didn't get the plague quest from the Tremere guy, talked to Damsel first, so now I don't think I'm going to get access to the haven.
The Tremere haven is totally worth it for the Daimonori amulet. It significantly raises thaumaturgy damage. I also find it more aesthetically pleasing than the Skyline Apartments haven Lacroix rewards.
Stats wise, I think you can do with specialization. The way Salitha is built, she can still go down any path and succeed. You could keep raising strength/melee and thaumaturgy and turn her into a sort of fighter/mage. Melee for close range mook clean-up and disciplines to attack at a distance. Blood shield, as you've noted, makes her pretty tanky too. You can also choose to focus on thaumaturgy and sneak/dexterity. Sneak would let you bypass most enemies, and you can rely on disciplines to fight bosses. You might need extra blood packs for that, though. So taking a bit of finance/manipulation wouldn't be a bad idea.
Finally, you can keep on with firearms. I think this may be the most cost intensive approach, sadly. Those points dumped into dominate would've been better served in auspex or finance. You can still turn that around, but it means your character will hit their combat peak late.
No matter which route you take, there will be wasted points. So may as well go with whatever play style you prefer.

I remember opening up on it with the Assault Shotgun then remembering I too had a Katana... because the japanese school girl Hunter had one, and she wouldn't give me hers so I had to buy one. And it was sushi time.
Malkavian playthroughs shall tide me over until I get ahold of the Deadpool vidyagame.

You can kill her after completing quest, just dont let her leave the scene

Oddly enough the strongest melee weapon is the bush hook sold after Glaze is cleared. It's damage and lethality rating outpaces the best katana. Too bad it isn't as pretty.

Shin Gunto... that's a Wesp patch weapon, I believe. I'm a staunch vanilla with fixes only player, so I've never seen it firsthand.

It was a fitting weapon for my gangrel/brujah

It is indeed included in both the standard and plus patches.

Even with the most recent unofficial patch, my game got buggy when I tried to get the Tremere haven. I think its because I completed the plague quest for the Anarchs before even talking to the one Tremere guy who you can also do the quest for. So when I ended up talking to him, it was impossible to tell him I had already done that quest and thus I could never get the Tremere haven.
My Tremere was stuck in the rundown starting apartment the whole game.
And looking back on my first run, I probably totally built a horrible character. My Tremere focused mostly on melee...using a sledgehammer for most of the game. Yeah...maybe thats why I needed godmode

Oh god, I had that argument too XD You also get into an argument with the news anchor guy on the TV towards the end of the game.

LOL Well your first character is usually a disaster in any game- ok, I'll only speak for myself, my first character usually is. I don't know how Ferelden or Temeria didn't end up a smoking ruin. Just have to tell myself I'll look back on this and laugh. *repeats mantra*Brockololly wrote...

Replaying downtown, I did talk to the chantry guy first (who was a bit of a disappointment, I don't mind saying- compared to the anarchs anyway) but the quest updates keep sending me back to Damsel so I'm a bit suspicious it's going to be bugged for me, too. Still, he did tell me to talk to the anarchs so maybe that's ok.

And she's a Malkavian thin blood too. Malks are the best clan IMO,with the way they talk and the Dementation discipline which is very useful in combat. And speaking of VAs, Vtm:B is when I first heard Grey Delisle(Jeanette/Therese) which is in pretty much every game now(has almost as many roles as Jennifer Hale).termokanden wrote...

About VO's- I see that there are a lot of familiar ones here. Greg Ellis did Knox, Bertram Tung's geeky ghoul. Michael Gough did Beckett, he's the one who does Ralof/ Balgruuf/ Vilkas in Skyrim. Grey DeLisle voices the Asylum twins. There are probably others I'm forgetting or haven't come across yet.

Is the Malkavian the only character that can turn Heather into a goth?
I don't think so... it's pretty universal that you can ask her to change her appearance. I think.
Unless it's different for a Nosferatu?
