we just had a Cerberus trooper become invincible on wave 5. Never seen it before. He kept following the paladin around and the only time he took damage was when he meleed the paladin shield.

I have also seen this twice on, of course, Firebase white / Geth / Gold where at the end of the wave, with one hunter left, the hunter is invincible to damage, but can still kill the players. The first time I saw it, the only thing that ended the wave was someone had somehow blown the hunter off of the edge of the map. I don't know how that happened, but missiles, gun fire, grenades did not seem to work. The second time I saw this (two days ago) we had to let the hunter kill us just to get the experience and credits that we had up to that point.
