Drell Adept - Damn cluster grenades never seem to hit what I want them to hit... even though there's like five of them per throw. Nothing like a spawn of enemies laughing at you when a bevy of grenades fly right past them.
Phoenix Vanguard - Well at least I try not to keep dieing.

Infiltrators. I used to be good with 'em. Too long without using combined with nerfs, now I suck.

Vanguards. Internet-dependent playstyles and crappy internet obviously don't fit well. The only exception would be the Krogan Vanguard, played as a better Krogan Soldier with infrequent charging for emergencies.

I can honestly say that there isn't anyone im exceptionally bad with (or excepionally good depending on your point of view). One that I struggle with is Paladin. If I play him as a generic power wielder then I do good with him, but if I try going with "shield play", it does not end well.
I like playing the characters for what they are renown for (slayer = hayabusa, krogan = steamroller, paladin = shield thumper), but playing "shield style" just doesn't work for me. I just about never use his shield because that means I don't get to use his awesome powers and that actually bothers me that he has a feature (DAH SHIELD!!!) that doesn't see any play *shrugs*

Batarians.
Come to think of it, I'm pretty sure if I picked up Drell Adept again, I'd fail something awful. It was the first character I ever beat Gold with (including soloing most of Wave 7 vs. Reapers when my team wiped) way back when the game was less than a month old, but the Justicar has spoiled me rotten since. Once I could have Reave without Drell squishiness I never looked back.

Adepts. Any sustained playing of adepts will give me tears of boredom, and I will likely just press whatever 1 does and watch the TV after a few minutes of playing. There are exceptions to this rule, but they are few, and far between.

Any vanguard, though I can use the human novaguard a bit-still I spend more time bleeding out then fighting. Which is odd given the shadow works a lot like the vanguard, and I can use her like a pro. I guess Cloak helps me to escape after a shadow strike though, which is a life saver.

Asari and Drell, not a fan of Salarians either, too squishy!

N7 Paladin, a little tricky to use right now for me. It's the only N7 character I haven't beaten a platinum with.
And then there is the Drell Vanguard...

Soldiers.
They're just so boring to use.
Also, i'm not trying to bash them, they just aren't my playstyle and I just get bored pretty quick with them.

The Krogan Soldier, but that's mostly due to me being used to the Krogan Vanguard.
"Aw, shoot, my shield's low! Let's do a Biotic Cha--darn it, I just took off Fortification!"
Hilariously enough, I can play the Krogan Sentinel just fine.

n7 Slayer. The teleportation sure comes in handy, but I just can't synergize all his powers well.

Quarian Female. Mother of god do I suck with this class. I think it's the only class that I'm a legitimate noob with.
I can even run with a Drell Van better than I can with a QF.

Salarian Infils are one of the best characters. Just don't use slow firing weapons with him. Use Assault Rifles or SMGs instead. This is a build I posted recently that I even use successfully on Gold. social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/343/index/13256082/
I would have to say the Batarian Sentinel. I am pretty much completely convinced he is just garbage though, so I am not sure it is really my failure...

I tried the geth engineer yesterday and boy did I stink.
Just need practice, I guess.
