But i'm guessing it's really not ready on any platform. They did a premature announcement of unready content and is using the platforms as an easy scapegoat.

this is exactly why it will not be released seperatly.  They will release them all at the same time so no one will be able to say if its good or bad.  This way EAOWARE can just suck more sales out of people.

This is not a flame or even a rant but an open request from the PC gaming community to not penalize us for the delays needed for platform development. You have in other threads stated the PC version is done and the hold is waiting for Sony to verify for the PS3. While we appreciate the wait for our PS3 brothers we do not see why we, the PC gamers should be penalized for Sony's delay.

We the undersigned respectfully request that you release the PC if it is complete. The the console versions take longer then that is dfor the console version users to deal with. We PC gamers have had to wait enough over the years for the console gamers and feel that our time is due.

This addon may just be a flash in the pan like Wardens keep but don't advertise it will be out for the holidays and then back it off because of console issues. It's not like this thing is a full expasion or anything from what I've read about it it is nothing longer or better than a addon a modder can make.

If they're really holding it back just for PS3, then it's a very poor business decision, and I would've expected better from EA. The closer it gets to Christmas with no release, the less sales they'll get. People will have new games from Christmas gifts and cheap post-Christmas sales. For me, I'll probably get it, if it comes out before I'm finished. Once I'm done, and I only go through games once, then paying to add a couple hours to a story I've already finished it not likely to happen.

What happened to one announcement that a DLC is out WHEN IT IS OUT?:

They won't release it because if for some reason we all say it sucks then there is the potential that none of the PS3 players would buy it after we had a chance to review it for them. This way we all buy it at once.

Making us feel better is basically all this is doing, and letting opinions be known.  Yeah, they'll probably be ignored, but hey, at least we get to state them.

Of course, if spending your time mocking people makes YOU feel better, go ahead and keep up with the emoticons.

Bah. We already had to wait more than six months to get the game because of lame console ports. I don't want to wait even longer for every DLC pack because Sony and Microsoft have to verify them every time any little thing is changed.

Gamers cop so much flack from so many different sources we really need to bond over our similarities rather thean fight over platforms.
