I've done the DLC twice now, found all three intel items, revived the Prothean, talked to him on the ship, talked to everyone else on the ship... but neither time would the two Prothean Achievements unlock.
Can anyone give me a clue why this is happening?

Please, give me some help here. I've completed all the DLC missons, as shown by my journal. I have Javik as a companion; I've completed the Resistance Movement, as shown by my journal. Yet the two Prothean Achievements remain blacked out.
If there is a commonly=known bug here, I have not been able to find it, nor have I found a workaround. I'm being totally ignored. Is there something I should know, but was unable to find via the "search" feature? I have completed the "missions", yet do not have the "achievements" to show for it. Can anyone please help me?

Happens to me as well. I found all the intel for the Eden Prime resistance and the achievement doesn't update. I don't think there's anything we can do except wait for a patch that fixes this.
But since ME3, unlike ME1, doesn't actually give you rewards for achievements, it doesn't really matter.
