Hey, I have this problem in Dragon Age Origins:
I have Ultimate edition which includes the expansion Awakening and all the DLCs. In game I'm in the part where the guy Levi Dryden gives you a quest in your Party camp, it's the Warden's Keep DLC. When I walk to Levi and I see shining quest mark above him like normally, I talk stuff with him and when I choose the option to accept the quest, Levi says that he'll mark the quest in my map. After it screen goes black for a second and returns to control my character next to the guy, but I don't get the quest or see it in map. It just won't accept the quest and the shining exclamation mark remains floating above the quest giver.
In nutshell: Warden's Keep DLC's quest giver is not working, quest cannot be accepted.

Yeah, I'm having a similar problem. Also, the Blood Dragon Armor hasn't shown up (I spoke with EA tech support last night and the fellow claimed to have authorized it but nothing appears to have happened) and when I attempt to initiate Return to Ostagar, after the first location when I can actually, well, return to Ostagar, the area fails to load and I'm dropped out of the game.
In short, I'm having a DLC nightmare as well. I hope your issues don't wind up as bad as mine. For now, I've backed up my character folder, uninstalled the game and I'm now re-installing it. Fingers crossed.
I've done a lot of net-scouring over the past few hours, and it seems like the majority of players have issues with DLC showing up at all, whereas you and I are having issues with it functioning the way it's supposed to even though it's in our games already. Weird.

I have same problem with Blood Dragon Armor too. I didn't get the first piece or can't find any others from the party camp's dwarf merchant. I haven't tried other DLCs yet, hope some of them work at least.

If you get the option to go there, but it drops you out of the game then you probably have a file corruption. It may either be bad luck or have been caused by a mod.
