the rank 4 upgrade: impact radius. does this only effect the radius of the recast to detonate? or does it also increase the passive dmg and therefore the prime for BE range?

It increases the radius of the ability, meaning the targets won't have to get as close to you to get caught in the field. Not sure if it increases the radius of the explosion though, I'm guessing it does.
