My game consistantly crashes very early.  After I wake up from a dream with the kid and then get a walkthrough of the Normandy, I am supposed to get a message from Admiral Hackett.  I can never get to the message, the game crashes during the loading screen every single time!

I haven't seen anything else on this crash, does anyone have any ideas?
