So I decided to join the forums today to join the DA community, and the first thing it asks me to do is Choose my language. So I'm like "Alright, English it is!".

But I notice something funny in the air... the smell of... ham and syrup or something. It was pungant, yet familiar at the same time. I notice there's a Canadian Flag next to my native tongue. Why am I forced to associate myself with the Imperial Republic of Canada? I don't find myself living in an igloo, eating maple syrup yogurt with canadian bacon (in the US we just call it ham) sprinkles on it. I'm from the god damn US of A. I demand to be represented in a respectable fashion. I'm sure other proud Americans would feel the same way about this. Why are americans all of a sudden treated as some minority.

Do I speak Canadian English? Does this forum have some sort of filter that translates "about" as "aboot" and "hey" as "ey"? Well good ladies and gentlemen, I speak American English. That's the talk of eating an American Cheeseburger for the sake of it, revving up my muscle car's englne as loud as I can just to ****** of the neighbors, sitting on my porch with my dog catching a smell of good American air. If I wanted to be affliated with Canada, I'd wait until I were drafted for war, then make a run for the border. Good day to you I say, Good day.
