Hello. I'm having a big issue here. I've finished ME2 and am ready to go into ME3. I noticed when playing ME2 recently though that I cannot load specific games. I think this has happened since I did the Collector base mission. I did it once but I chose to keep the base. In hindsight I didn't like that decision so I played through it again and destroyed it. Since then, when playing the DLC and other little things, I have not been able to load games. I have only been able to play by clicking the resume button.

When I click on the Load Game button no careers are present :-(

Now when I go to load up Mass Effect 3, there are also no careers present :-(

Can you PLEASE give me some help. After spending some 80 odd hours on ME1 and ME2 with this character I don't want him gone. In my save folder I have:

AutoSave.pcsav
ChapterSave.pcsav
QuickSave.pcsav
Save_0001.pcsav
Save_0004.pcsav

....

Save_0018.pcsav

Am I missing something, like a profile file or something?

Wait- so you can play from resume, but apparently you can't make a new save, either?

I can make new saves but they do not appear.

What I have done is follow the walkthrough from here: http://www.masseffec....com/import.php

I created a folder with in the Save folder called David_21_Vanguard_220712 which means my name is David, I was a colonist and sole survivor and the game was created on the 22nd of July, 2012. I then put my latest save game into there and it seems to now work in ME2 and is recognised in ME3.

That's all I need for a ME3 import yeah? There is no other profile file or anything, all it needs is a single save file and EVERYTHING is stored in there?

Okay thanks. Things seem okay now, although the facial import into ME3 failed but apparently that's a common problem. I'm now trying to find a way around it.

Uhm, they supposedly fixed that in the latest patch; at least, it's working for me now.
