I was wondering if anyone can tell me where I can either purchase or find a static spawn for certain runes.

I'm looking for both a Grandmaster and a Master Paralyse Rune.
Grandmaster Spell Resist
Grandmaster + damage vs. Darkspawn
Grandmaster + damage vs Undead

Not 100% sure but I believe 10% spell resist is available on the crow vendor in denerim market after you finish trial of crows and get access to his special wares. I think GM Cold Iron the vs undead ones are available very early in game this may be one of those things the Wardens Keep vendor sells.
