How is that fun? I know this kind of DPS is required for Platinum, but how on earth is any class supposed to compete with that? I left after the 6th wave. I know I could've remained and earned easy 70k credits, but this was just no fun. I was a Demolisher and I felt totally useless. It's all because of Platinum. If this DPS weren't required to finish the damn thing...

Why complain about it. Its about time the soldier had a good character. You have to think they are UR weapons with max mods so what else did you expect? Not to mention the fact they are probably veteran players.
Yes, assault rifles have been pitiful for so long, we finally have a class that can use the Harrier or Typhoon. If you were bored, then dream is correct, they probably are good players - just because you have the weapons does not mean you can dominate like that ( I have typhoon at 4 and I doubt you would be bored playing in a match with me, lol ).

Let me rephrase that for you. "I was a Demolisher and I could have kept them resupplied and restocked and fulfiled my role as a team player, but instead I made this thread."

OP seems to have forgotten that you aren't "competing" with other XBL players in this game.
That's not the problem. Thing is... with these loadouts there's not much left for you to do. Which simply isn't fun.

Baloney. Supply Pylons. Watch the tank's back. While I love kitting out my Destroyer with a Harrier II (or Revenant X when I want to make a lot of noise) and just smash the crap out of things, I enjoy the hell out of playing my AA for the the opposite reason. Hanging back, dropping statis, dropping warps... There's a ton of things a player can do when teamed with two Destroyers.

you're so stupid for leaving. whatre u 5? oh its no fun. dude stick it out 4 more waves collect the credits then leave.
Funny - I thought the point of a game was to have fun ... not to farm imaginary money to buy imaginary guns. I guess I've been doing it wrong all this time.

What the hell would they need grenades for? They were mowing down everything anyway.
I should've just sit down and watch them have all the fun, right? That's your point? Aren't games for fun? I returned to ME3 a few days ago. 2 months ago Gold required teamwork even with the best guns. These guys were going Rambo, no tactics, anything. How is that fun?
BTW I'm not calling for nerfs. No point in that.

Competition is the only reason you exist, EVERYTHING is a competition.
Games, jobs, the grocery store, the library, the gas station, double dates. E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G is a competition. Well , maybe except for breathing. Breathing's free.

Yes... that's true, I'll give you that. And while these things can be fun for you (and me as well) it might not be for the TO. Hence why I find his actions completely acceptable.
