I recently purchased DA:O Ultimate Edition (digital copy) through Amazon. Evidently, the same registration key that successfully installs the game (which runs fine by the way) does not allow registration with BioWare to download the toolset. I'm also learning why EA has the track record it does regarding ease of customer support.

Does anyone have an email address I can use to actually get in touch with EA/BioWare? Or can anyone take a gander at why my cd key gives me a big red "Code is not valid for game" error despite successful game and DLC installation and play?

Solved the problem of finding their email: the EA contact option shows up after typing something in the search field. Now I wait, and I'll respond here if it's with information useful to the community.

Many forums will keep you locked out until you sort through your registration problem, and this isn't the forum for that. The Site Help forum is for that type question, but EA Help is much better equipped for it, especially the Chatline facility.
