 As everyone I'm sure knows, extraction is no cakewalk. There should be a reward for successfully extracting the squad besides extra experience (which is a negligible amount, anyway). The amount would differ, of course, based on the number of squadmates alive and in the LZ when the timer runs out. 

Using Gold as a baseline, it could be an extra 10,000 per person extracted.
