Ok, when I first downloaded this game from the Gamestop app, I got the "There is a misconfiguration issue. Please reinstall" type message. Well no solution for that worked on the internet that I could possibly find in 8 hours.
So I reinstalled the game, and now it won't let me press the play button at the launcher screen and there is no .exe file in the binaries.
What should be the .exe file was called .par for some...reason...and when I changed it to .exe suddenly i could press the play button, but nothing happened...so really...what the hell is wrong?

Now though, I just redid the 1.01 then the 1.02 patch and now the game at least tries to start but now I get the ME2 CD key issue...despite being a digital copy.
