I was participating in the recent N7 Challenge amd completed all objectives, I recieved the commendation pack just fine but the Victory pack didn't arrive and hasn't arrived, after talking to several EA advisors I was told to post here to fix this.
This is a irritating issue this I would like fixed and hope it doesn't happen again.

its because we failed the challenge but you completed the squad challenge that is why you got the commendation pack and not the victory pack.
