i just hit lvl 7 and wish to train in archaine warrior where and who do i go to?

You can unlock it during the Dalish story arc, in the temple leading to the werewolf lair. There's a room with old books and stuff, and two interactive items: Phylactery and Broken Altar (or something). "talk" to the phylactery.
