 Hi All,

But especially to Bioware...a lot of us have been tolerant and understand and continue to be of unnecessary glitches as we recognize human error is only natural- unfortunately HOWEVER for the first time ever and i purchases store credtis before and I have NEVER ever lost real money i use on rare occassion for bioware points only to find that my bioware points balance is deducted from value of packs i purchase and i get NO CONTENT in the recent packs i purchases BIOWARE this is the first time this has ever happened and i formally requesting a refund as priority and to fix up this store purchase glitch using BIOWARE POINTS to purchase store items.

I on a budget which is why only on rare occassion i purchase packs using bioware points i and others who have been seriously negatively impacted financially by this glitch would request and greatly appreciate a full explanation as to why after the few rare occassions i successfully recieved items in packs i purchase using bioware points MY BALANCE DIMINISHES AND I GET NOTHING FOR THE BIOWARDE POINTS DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT pls help urgently yhankyou.
