I think you're supposed to get them in an e-mail but I'm not sure. At any rate, EA customer support has a FAQ item for buying in-box content.Broloc wrote...

Of course, that doesn't apply unless Warden's Keep comes with the Steam version. I have no idea if it does.

I have this problem....I got DA original game and I wanted to use a code which was packed together with my game but when I tried to redeem this code this just popped up : "Unable to redeem code.
That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." and below there was this:"WARNING! redeeming this code will use it permanently; make sure you are logged in to this site with the same email address that you are using to play Dragon Age!!"
I did everything and I think I did it right so I have no idea what is wrong. Can somebody help me with this? Thank you

I got the exact problem... WTF? Purchased the box version from a retail shop, includes the Cerebus network activation thing, typed in the code, says its already in use???????
Before I tried redeeming this crap though, I redeemed the Terminus Armor and Weapon thing first. Maybe that's the problem??... Stupid BioWare/EA
