Every time I go to 'redeem' code, the game takes me to a 'register new account' screen. The one time it didn't, I did enter the code properly, but nothing happened, and the Warden's Keep/Shale weren't unlocked. Also, I've gotten no notification of any of the other Collector's Edition-only items being in-game. Any answers or help?

How did you find the redeem codes? I can't find them :/ - NEVERMIND; I found the code, i was using the wrong one all along -sigh

hmm I didn't know steam versions got redeemable codes.. bah and I bought the warden's keep dlc... where do I find these codes?

I think you're supposed to get them in an e-mail but I'm not sure. At any rate, EA customer support has a FAQ item for buying in-box content.

Of course, that doesn't apply unless Warden's Keep comes with the Steam version. I have no idea if it does.

Warden's Keep, the Blood Dragon Armour, and Shale's Quest all are supposed to, but same for me, they don't appear, but when I found out about the e-mailed codes, the e-mails I got were blank e-mails.

I have this problem....I got DA original game and I wanted to use a code which was packed together with my game but when I tried to redeem this code this just popped up : "Unable to redeem code.

That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again." and below there was this:"WARNING! redeeming this code will use it permanently; make sure you are logged in to this site with the same email address that you are using to play Dragon Age!!"

I did everything and I think I did it right so I have no idea what is wrong. Can somebody help me with this? Thank you

i used the code and all but i dident start the game while using the code and it dosent show in downloadable content..... any idea wtf is going on?

I got the exact problem... WTF? Purchased the box version from a retail shop, includes the Cerebus network activation thing, typed in the code, says its already in use???????

Before I tried redeeming this crap though, I redeemed the Terminus Armor and Weapon thing first. Maybe that's the problem??... Stupid BioWare/EA
