So I was planning to import a save game from DAO: Witch Hunt for DA2. I've heard conflicting information that DA2 may not read certain decisions correctly (I've heard it mostly with regards to the fate of Nathaniel and Morrigan). Was this ever or is this still an issue? If so how can I fix it?
Are there Import bugs in DA2?

only bug i'm having so far is that any party menber you leave at the vigil during awaking is considered dead (i saved the city not 100% about fort), I left anders for example and people have been going on about him being dead...
so nathaniel in the party when you go for the final battle and he should appear although i'm only in act 2 so don't know for sure yet.

Nathaniel Howe will be counted as "dead" in DA2 unless he accompanied you to face the Mother at the end of Awakening.

There were some other bugs related to Origins love interests that show up in DA2, but those appear to have been fixed with patches.
As mentioned, if you want to see Nathaniel in DA2, make sure that you import a character who brought him to kill mother. Anders or Justice don't matter.

The Nathaniel one, and Zevran has one as well which is flagged to ignore love interests.
Everything else I believe was fixed, as far as I know in terms of import bugs.

Err, anyone who has used that fix, I've extracted it into the override folder but it doesn't appear to be working. Do I have to do anything else?
