Click on the guy's profile, then go to "games" and do click in "Multiplayer Manifest"

Regarding Deek2099 (FTL forums, don't trust that they're still above me)
They don't have all the appearance options unlocked on the N7 characters! I refuse to play with people who can't make their characters look pretty!
