TIM > shadowbroker

makes sense if you artistic integrity.

I would have thought it made sense on the grounds that TIM engineered the defeat of the original Shadow Broker, and not the other way around.

I don't know why you honestly bother with these people.

I'm going with either someone on the Normandy, or maybe high level members within the Council other than Udina.

It's possible that the Dalatrass gave Cerberus a call about the facility on Sur'Kesh (and maybe gave them something to get through their defenses without detection) after getting slapped down at the summit.

This has always bothered me. You know how Cerberus has always been one step ahead of Shepard when it mattered? For example: Mars; Eden Prime; Sur-Kesh; Thessia. There may be others I've forgotten, but I'm sure others will point out them.

(Thessia)

Illusive Man: Shepard.

Shepard: How did you find this place?

Illusive Man: The Archives, or did your Shadow Broker miss that one?

Females kept secret. Possibly a mole in STG. Could be indoctrinated.

Also, if you listen to the ambient conversations, two salarians talk about an unauthorized encrypted transmission that went out shortly before you arrived. One Salarian is openly protesting to his superior officer that we are going to cure the genophage.

(Eden Prime)

Unexplained, but likely the Prothean Archives.

Good attention to detail, but there was something I always wondered.  Rana the asari scientist I let go in ME1 turned out to be indoctrinated so I wonder if the Salarian I let free may have been as well.
